In one bedroom, the installer put up the curtains and he didn't like them. So he called the company and they made a new pair. They're coming back to install that. They went out of their way to treat the customer with a lot of respect and to look out for the customer.

It is convenient and you get what you need to get.

I go every two weeks to a certain stylist. The stylist I go to I like and she is very professional. I am getting ready to switch because I don't think JC Penny's prices are reasonable. They charge for every little thing. If they trim your ends you get charged for that. If you need conditioner you are going to get charged for that. They want to do so many heads that the chairs are not safe. They want to blow dry everybody hair and I have hair that can not be blow dried. I would not recommend them to anybody. They will only do if you want color they only do a semi permanent color. They won't do rinses.

Dianne was super professional , not pushy at all, and personality is so relaxing. She came to the house in a resaonable time frame, and her suggestions were great. The shades and window treatments were perfect and they came sooner than expected. The service people were great and they were installed quickly.

I bought a couple pair of pants and a blouse on an after Christmas sale. They treat me well when I go.

The staff person was very helpful in estimated the required drapes and aesthetics of my choices. Most drapes were in stock and all orders came in quickly. Salesperson helped reveal discounts and savings throughout for significant savings, even with special orders.
