JANIE'S SEWING CORNER

I had purchased all the thread of a particular brand and color. I explained to the cashier (not Janie) that I needed more. She took my name and number and said she would contact me when the inventory was replaced. 2 months later I had not heard from the store so I went back. I purchased additional thread and asked again about the other color I needed. This time Janie was in the store and took my name and number again and told me she'd call me when they came in. 6 months later and I have not heard from them.

Janie was quite helpful with my project. Purchased thread and notions from her but felt the price was a bit high. I went back several months later and she didn't have the thread in stock that I needed. I left my name and number with the list of thread that I needed and I have not been contacted in over a month. Disappointed in the lack of responsiveness.
