The job went extremely well. There were no problems even though we, by agreement, were out of town at the time of the installation and pre-existing heat cables on the roof made the job more complicated. Mr. Paul was a pleasure to deal with, a consummate professional in all respects. He returned phone calls promptly and took time to answer all our questions. He and his crew did an excellent clean up after the job. We would definitely hire him again.

Were very quick and relatively neat. Left a few pieces of scrap aluminum behind but overall very good.

I've used them before and I will continue to use them, they are very good.

My gutter was pulling away on the front of my house which changed the slope of the gutter - making it completely ineffective. I called for an estimate - he was out a couple days later and left the estimate in my mailbox. I called the following Friday to schedule the work and he showed up the following Monday morning. The gutter repair looks great - it rained all night and I didn't see any water runoff the house! Quick service and the job done as I requested - all good here!

This person never called me back to do the work. Who cares if the contractor has a five star rating if they never respond to phone calls and never come out and do the work requested. Please give people the courtesy to call them back, even if you are too busy to perform the work at the present time. I will NEVER call you again to have ANY work performed on my house!

This was the second house that we had John replace gutters on. While removing the gutters on this home, they found some rotted fascia boards, which he pointed out prior to replacing. John and his crew were punctual, neat, cleaned everything up, and even sprayed a bees nest for us!! As I said before, this was the second job he did for us and I wouldn't use anyone else! Top notch all the way!

Extremely satisfied. Initial responsive time was very prompt. His quote was $150 less than Leafguard (shoddy company in my opinion -they refused to honor their "lifetime" warranty). John Paul put in a better gutter and he did so within 3 days of our giving him the go ahead to proceed. Highly recommend.

After the estimate, they never showed up. I have had at least four phone calls with live persons from this company who have assured me they are coming out. How bad could the winter be to wait 9 months?

Emailed the provider almost 2 weeks ago requesting an estimate on my home. Never got back to me (email, phone or otherwise) - will not be using their services in the future.

Approx. 20 feet of gutters (on both houses) were destroyed by ice and had to be replaced. This included new downspouts. . The new gutters were matched perfectly in color and style. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The price charged was substantially below the cost estimated by the home owner's insurance.

They were able to show up within a couple days of calling without me being there which was a huge help since I work M-F. I came home from work and the gutter was fixed perfectly and the invoice was in the mailbox. Best of all they remembered to include the angies discount I mentioned on the phone in the invoice. Price was reasonable and gutter looks great. We will definitely use them again.

They were done faster than I thought they would be and left no mess what so ever. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Paul provided an estimate for the job, was upfront in letting me know that he was very busy, expects to do the job in the next 2 weeks (which was also dependent upon the weather). He called me sooner than expected to let me know he was coming - day and time. He and the person helping him were on time, professional, were very good at answering my questions and providing explanations. He discovered a problem with one of the pipes going to the storm well and suggested I have another pipe checked. He was knowledgeable about trees and the damage roots can do. He also made a few suggestions for keeping a raccoon off my roof (as in trimming those that were too close to the house). I would definitely recommend him (and bring him back, if needed).

Everything went as scheduled. The crew (3 men) including J. Paul arrived early in the morning, worked non stop until the job was done (6:00 pm). Did a very nice job and left the place clean. I liked when John came to see what needs to be done, he gave me the estimate right there and then. I would recommend this contractor to anyone who needs an honest price and job well done. We noticed a lot of water flowing over the gutter in the rear of our house whenever it rained. We called Mr. Paul and left a message. Later that day, we received a call from a secretary, and asked that Mr. Paul call us to set up an appointment for the estimate, as we wanted to be home to meet and speak with him. There must have been a miscommunication, because two days later, an estimate with the suggestion that we needed a bigger downspout was placed in our mailbox (we were not at home). The estimate was reasonable, so we responded that we wanted him to come out. After another bit of a delay (about 2 days), we received a call from Mr. Paul saying that he would be out within the following next two days. He couldn't give us an exact day or time during that call, but said the job could be completed with no one at home, and that he would leave the bill in the mailbox. He ended up coming out late morning the next day while we were home. He and his crew completed the job in less than 30 minutes, with no mess left behind. He told us that our old downspout was actually totally clogged, and that we should have no more problems. Two things: The considerable wait-time between communications with Mr. Paul had us in limbo wondering whether we should call another company. And I forgot to show him the 10% discount coupon he had displayed on Angie's List, which he did not mention. However, because of the professionalism of his work, I would not hesitate to call Mr. Paul again.

I requested the names of three A rated Gutter Repair and Replacement Companies and I called two of them for estimates for my gutter repair and replacement. J Paul's Seamless Gutters was called and although the telephone rang many times, no one answered and there was no voicemail. So I sent him an e-mail, asking for an estimate and listing my phone and fax numbers. He never replied or responded in any way. How can a company that does not answer the telephone, doesn't have voicemail, and doesn't respond to e-mail requests be "A Rated " ?

What a fantastic company! We called for an estimate on Monday, had the estimate on Tuesday, and by Friday afternoon, all of the gutters and downspouts had been replaced on the back half of our house where we were having problems with water overflowing the gutters. We called several gutter replacement companies for estimates prior to hiring John Paul. Water was overflowing one of the gutters every time it rained, despite having had them cleaned and having the system snaked to make sure there wasn't any blockage out to the storm sewer line. JP was extremely professional and identified the problem as old gutters that lost their rigidity over time and could no longer handle the flow of water. His pricing seemed very reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. The new gutters and downspouts match our house perfectly (brown trim), and we haven't had any problems with water overflow since - a great thing since this spring and summer have been so rainy! He suggested that we also replace the gutters and downspouts on the front of the house since we will likely have the same problems with those. We will definitely hire him to do so. All around, this was a fantastic experience with a professional who is highly skilled and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company for your replacement gutters and downspouts!

This company was able to come out to complete the job on the very day that I requested, working right after my carpenter replaced the old gutter boards in preparation for the new gutters. The work was done well and solved the overflow problem; I checked during hard rain storm following the work. There was a bit of concrete missing from where they had replaced a downspout, and upon my request, they came right out to refill it. Excellent work. The one thing I would ask the company to do is make sure that complete phone messages get conveyed to Mr. Paul.

Estimate was lowest and most complete received so scheduled the job. Work was completed less than a week after accepting the estimate. Work was done as described with additional patch applied by roof without charge. Work area was cleaned up completely before leaving.

I called and had to leave a message. My call was returned in 10 minutes. She said that her husband would call me the next day to discuss and set up time to give estimate. When he called he was able to give me aprice right then based on what I had told her. This was a Saturday, he said he could do it Tuesday or Wedneday, that I didn't need to be there. When he was done he said he would put the bill in the mailbox. He did not come Tuesday or Wednesday but came the next week. I am sure the delay was due to the weather since it was winter which made it worse because the gutters had icicles on them. He did a good job and I would use them again if I needed gutter work done.

Great! J. Paul immediately was able to identify the problem as some of the leaking gutters were larger than the downspout, and were thus backing up, so rather than having to replace many of the gutters, only some needed replacement and the others needed the cheaper solution, a larger downspout. And in one case i had had a handyman trying to seal two ends of a gutter together several times without success as it would always leak again in a few weeks or months. As this was occurring right at my front door, i needed to have it fixed. He explained that i couldnt get a complete waterseal at the juncture of two gutters, but had a great solution and put in a special corner piece.. Voila', no more leak! He quickly identified some rust spots and gutters that were not angled properly. After giving me the estimate, J. Paul and one other guy showed up the next day and completed all the work. I had a question about hooking up a downspout to my rain barrel and he set it up for me without charge! Wow, talk about great customer service! I had tried using pieces i got at the hardware store, but they don't carry any of the larger widths or non-standard sizes, so it wasn't possible to do it without it looking like a mess. It should also be noted that i had had gutter cleaners over the last year who had not brought any of these issues to my attention. It has been several months now and many rains have come and gone without a single problem. The mud puddles against the house in the garden are no more. J. Paul also pointed out that i had had so much splashing of water against the siding that it had caused mold to grow under each of the siding ridges. Now that the root cause is fixed he said after getting these power washed, it shouldn't return. I thought a handyman could fix this, but better to call in an expert when it comes to water issues around your house. I have since noticed no more musty smell in the basement as there was before. So the leaking gutters were apparently causing a problem i was unaware of. Wished i had contacted them a year ago.

Very good workmanship with quality gutters. They relocated one on the top roof downspouts to the rear of the house so I did not have to have gutter going over part of roof as it was.
