They did a wonderful job taking out the stump. Qualified, experienced, good customer service, and a great contractor to use. I will use them again. One other thing to note: They also cleaned up the yard of the debris after the work was done. They did not drop another fee to do the service, as some other contractors would have done. They also mentioned to me what to do to the area, so I could grow grass back in the area where the stump was removed. They are very professional.

Prompt and pleasant. I was trapped in my house with up to 6' of snow drifts. Tight, city property made shoveling the only option. No place to put the snow made the job painfully difficult. Jerry and Marsalis spent 2 hours shoveling the wet, heavy snow in an effort to dig me out. Both men were very professional and polite. I will definitely use J & M again!

Jerry was very conscientious which you donâ t find much these days. He took the time to call if he was going to be later than originally agreed. They took all the yard rubbish and disposed it. In todayâ s world it was a pleasant experience something that you canâ t say often.

Responded quickly to request. Did a great job! Recommended to my neighbor. Only negative was he sent a text telling he'd be there in the morning after I had gone to bed, so I had some severe morning breath when he woke me up to come to the door. But overall great experience!
