Description of Work: We have used the services of Ira Safrin since May of 2005, having been recommended by a friend. Ira has a BS and MS in computer science from Cleveland State University. He is a certified Microsoft Small Business Professional. Ira has done countless tasks for us from buying and installing equipment (networking equipment, new computers, printers and wireless phones), cleaning out stuff on our computer, to solving problems we didn’t understand. In 2019, we suddenly lost a complete book manuscript we were working on and were left with a blank screen because we inadvertently pressed the wrong key. We called Ira who, working remotely from his home office, spent about an hour, successfully retrieved the manuscript. Had it not been for Ira, we would have spent many hours reentering the text. His fees are reasonable, and he is an ethical person. We recommend him enthusiastically. Mary and John Krogness

+ -1 moreMy computer had crashed due to a virus and needed a number of repairs. I at first paid more for someone who was unable to fix the computer. ISS fixed it completely for half the price. They explained everything they were going to do and followed. They were responsive, knowledgeable, honest, understanding, patient, and helpful. Highly recommended.
