+ -1 moreProperty damage can be overwhelming, but Integrated Restoration really helps take some of the stress off. One thing I appreciate is how they handle everything with the insurance company directly. That part can be such a headache and having someone manage it makes a huge difference. They are professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to getting things back to normal as smoothly as possible. They understand how stressful these situations are and care about making the process easier for homeowners. If you’re dealing with damage and need someone reliable to help, I'd highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Did not use this company. When I contacted them it was within a few a few days of a major storm that had gone through the county. When I described the damage I needed repaired, the fellow hemmed and hawed about how busy they were with people who had flooded basements. I have no doubt that he was being honest about that but I would have appreciated it if he had simply said "I'm sorry but we're so busy right now that we can't take on anymore projects" or something to that effect. He was trying to be polite and it wasn't working.

+ -1 moreThe charges were covered under the insurance claim. They were extremely professional and did excellent work. All the employees were courteous and knew their job. I would recommend them for any type of remodeling work.
Description of Work: I used Integrated Restoration because a tree damaged our home. They did all the work such as replacing the roof, siding, gutters and walls. They also did painting and plastering. I also has them remove my kitchen and bathroom while I was not living in my house.

+ -1 moreI can’t say enough about how nice a guy Tom Stuckart is but even more important, how knowledgeable he is about the work he does. I also want to comment about the absence of “nickel and diming”. I am quite sure that Integrated “ate” quite a few “little items” along the way. Their goal was to do a first rate job – and they did. There were no “surprises”. The job did take a very long time to complete but I attribute that more to the string of inexperienced people at the insurance company than anything to do with Integrated. I am sure it cost Integrated money to work through the approval delays at the insurance company and they never pushed any of that cost down to us. Similarly, we made the mistake of insisting on using our own granite provider – and Tom patiently worked through that fiasco with us. I also want to say a word or two about “George”. George seems to be the main carpenter but he does much more than that and he is amazing – his attention to detail is great and he takes such great pride in making every fitting perfect. Integrated was also very neat and clean. With the exception of the plumbers, we were never left with a big mess at night when it was even remotely possible to avoid it. They always swept up and always did their best to keep in mind that we still had to live there. Lastly I want to say a word about honesty. There were many times we needed to leave Integrated’s people alone in our home. Not once did they come close to betraying that trust. I strongly recommend using Integrated Restoration.
Description of Work: We had a kitchen fire that at a minimum required some extensive repairs. Tom Stuckart, the owner of Integrated Restoration, along with “Mike” came right in and helped us understand the insurance process. It was really them that created the detailed review / estimate of the damage and what would need to be replaced and they were the ones who used their expertise to wrangle with the insurance company – especially since we had a very inexperienced adjuster. I almost forgot that they did the initial clean up from the fire and did a really great job of quickly getting things back to where we could live in the house. There were many changes along the way as new things were uncovered. For example there was wiring uncovered that was in violation of code. Integrated worked with the local city inspectors and the insurance company to get this all fixed and replaced at the insurance company’s expense. Integrated then became the general contractor for our kitchen restoration which turned into a complete gutting of the kitchen and complete remodel. We ended up with new floor, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, countertops, appliances etc. Integrated overall: A (beautiful kitchen, professional job – no surprises) Integrated’s carpenters: A+ (“George” is amazing!) Integrated’s electricians: A (Very accommodating) Integrated’s plumbers: C (Being kind… I believe they have changed plumbers) Integrated’s tile layers: B (great job – just really slow) Integrated’s project management: A (solid job – always aware of details) The completed project came out amazing!
