Very well. The salesman Nick was very professional and outlined our options and answered all our questions. Installers were prompt and courteous and did an excellent job during the two days of work. Two seperate supervisors stopped by our house during the installation to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Workmen cleaned up after themselves. New windows are beautiful. We plan to have them do our downstairs windows next.

We're in the process of completing several home improvement projects this year and I've spent countless hours meeting with contractors over the past several months. I've read a number of online reviews and I've educated myself on everything from paver patios to sliding doors and replacement windows. My experience with WindowPro was hands down the most disappointing and frustrating of them all, which is why I'm now taking the time to write this review. I truly hope that this candid review is taken seriously and viewed as a positive by WIndowPro so that they can improve upon their current processes. I contacted WindowPro in March of 2015 for an in-home estimate on a Marvin Patio door and several replacement windows. After spending a good amount of time reading reviews I narrowed my choices down to either an Andersen A-Series door from Home Depot or a Marvin Sliding Door. It was difficult to locate pricing information on the Marvin door online and I decided to schedule an in-home estimate with WindowPro prior to making my final decision. I had read that the Marvin door would likely be more expensive than the Andersen and that both were quality doors. I completed an online estimate request and was called within a day to schedule my in-home estimate. Steve G arrived tomeasure the windows and doors and provide me with the estimate on April 7th. He seemed friendly enough but there was one major problem. I never actually received an estimate with my "in-home estimate". I actually never received my measurements or even a ballpark figure on what the windows or door would cost. I suppose I forgot that I was dealing with a salesperson and I agreed to stop in the physical location and discuss numbers the following day. I did specifically inquire about the entry level Integrity and Infinity lines so that may have had something to do with it. I spent about an hour with Steve and during that hour he asked me about me profession what, where I worked, and for the price of Andersen A series door, but he never actually provided me with the price of a Marvin door or window. I had to cancel my in-store visit the next day due to having to prepare for a business trip so I emailed Steve and specifically requested a ballpark price for several infinity/integrity configurations using my measurements. I never heard back from Steve either via phone or email. After waiting a few weeks I still hadn't heard from Steve so I followed-up and requested my measurements along with an estimate. I spoke with Cheslea and she advised me that Steve was out of the office that week. I then explained the situation and requested that someone else provide me with my measurements and an estimate. Cheslea placed me one hold and then came back and suggested that I email the sales manager Jonathan K since no one in the store had my folder or measurements. Later that evening I emailed Jonathan explaining the situation and how I never heard back from Steve. To my surprise I never received a response to that email. At the end of the day, I spent an hour of my time talking to a salesman who never followed up and never even gave me an estimate. I found this disrespectful and obviously a complete waste of my time. After trying to do the right thing and escalate the issue I never got anywhere. To top it all off I also never received the $25.00 gift card which was advertised on the website as being included with the in-home estimate. This is complete false advertising but I really didn't care about the card anytways. I was curious about whether the salesman just keeps it for himself though. It was obvious that my smaller job with an entry level Marvin line wasn't a priority for anyone that I'd corresponded with. The entire experience was very disappointing and while I'm sure WindowPro has a quality product with a quality crew per the other reviews, they seem to be just like any other window company looking to make a 20k-50k+ sale. I have about 30+ rotting Caradco windows that will need to be replaced over the next few years and I certainly will not be contacting WindowPro again. I suggest that anyone reading this review saves themselves some time and does the same unless they have a budget that catches the interest of the sales team.

When they came in and put windows in, it was so cold because of the polar vortex. The windows are fine. They did an awful job on the trim on the outside of the windows. I'm sure they were froze. So they came back and redid all of the work in the Spring and now I'm very satisfied. The windows are beautiful.

I wasn't able to make it to the appointment with the salesman from windowpro due to weather. So I asked my tenant to stand in. BIG MISTAKE. The salesman convinced my tenant we needed a whole house of windows and a new sliding door. The existing windows are double hung, vinyl windows and the sliding door is an Anderson; both less than 10 years old. The quote given for an 1100 sqft home, 12 windows and 1 door? $26,000. A seemingly outrageous number even if did need them. I now have a disgruntled tenant (my mistake for letting them stand in). Long story short, I asked for a return from Angies List. Thank goodness for their return policy!

They replaced 8 windows, we're done in one day and were very professional. Did a great job, they look beautiful and are so much warmer.

Great experience from the first call I made to them regarding the issue. Arrived on time and performed service in a timely manner.

The installers were prompt and very professional. Three people did a total tear out and install. The process took three days for all 18 windows. They arrived at the time we were told and each person had a specific job to do. These men worked together as a team; like a well oiled clock. They laid down carpet protectors in front of the windows as well as anywhere they walked. In addition, they covered our beds with plastic. They cleaned up very well when they were finished . Walter was their lead man and he was very meticulous about his work. You could just see the pride both he and the others took in their work. We are well pleased with the windows and the installers.

Everything went well from the sales experience to installation team. I did not have any worry along the way everyone we worked with was very courteous, professional, cleanliness of the installation, and prompt. The only thing is we went with 12 Marvin Infinity replacement windows (which are fiberglass frames) for strength and stability over the longer period of time versus vinyl. The cost was a good $4000-5000 difference between the types. I am hopeful with this being my first experience with Window Pro and Marvin Windows that I paid for the reputation anfd product qualtiy of both companies being in business for 80 plus years each. So I feel my warranty on the product if there is an issue will be supported. It is known that there are many fly by night replacement window companies that sell you on backing their windows for lifetime but if they are not in business anymore they can not offer that coverage.

Everything went smoothly no complaints. . One screen was damaged with installation which I did not notice with installer inspection. Called that same day they were back within two weeks. The screen was ordered and replaced the following week.

Clear description of products and options was given by the representative. The existing original units were rotted, so we knew that we needed replacements and contacted three different companies to make choice. The person who did the custom staining did a wonderful job matching the new window color to the existing wood trim. (I only wish he had left behind the leftover stain to use to touch up other windows.) We are happy with the final product at this point in time.

The windows are a good quality. There are some problems with the order. We were trying to work with the company to address the problems.

The provider scheduled March 24 for my six windows and sliding glass door to be replaced. On the day of delivery, I was notified that my windows were not in. A wonderful crew of men headed by "Tom" put in the sliding glass door. We put all the drapes and blinds back up. The windows arrived on March 28 and again the crew headed by Tom did an excellent job. The man who stains the windows was to arrive the day after installation. He had one problem or another and did not arrive until April 10. Again we took down the drapes and blinds. The man who was scheduled to stain the windows had a crew of two men do the work while he sat in his truck. Periodically he would stop in and argue politics. I did not want to talk politics with him, but he kept goading me. I did not like that part of it. The works did a good job and the quality of the windows are good so e,bout

Information, quality and salemanship were top-notch. Scheduling the installation, because we had one specialty window, was a pain. I needed to prompt them to come out. I also have needed to call 2X and email them once before getting a response to finish trim painting after the job. The price is expensive, but comparable to Pella and Andersen. Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy with the Marvin product and the installation as well as the options provided. All very professional, but the scheduler / administration needs some serious help.

The wrong door was ordered and had to be replaced. The new door took some time. The representative on my job left the company and there was some confusion and delay due to that. However, the work when completed was neat and thorough and the installers were very professional and helpful.

Louis LaQuatra arrived at my home and upon entering asked if I "lived alone"...it was creepy. I said no, and he followed with, well did you get my message? (WindowPro did leave a reminder message) He proceeded to tell me he wanted to have my husband there also. It appears that he felt I was incapable of making a decision. We were off to a bad start, but I gave him a chance. He proceeded to tell me that he drove a LONG way for me to not have my husband home. (for goodness sake, dude, you're doing an estimate - for patio doors - it's not rocket science. I need my husband to point you to the doors?) Then he told me that the "brat" kid at the last house he was at, stole his measuring tape and he never even measured my doors. He left 2 brochures and I never heard from him again. This was over 2 weeks ago. I just tried to reach him by phone and he picked up, but was finishing a conversation with someone else before saying hello so I hung up. He called me back and proceeded to tell me that my doors were an odd size, that's why he hadn't called me back. Unbelievable - he didn't even measure - how would he know they were "odd" sized??? After feeding me that excuse, he asked what my name was. Unbelievable. I'm truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this individual. He made me feel uncomfortable, insinuated that I was incapable of getting an estimate for my household, and then obviously refused to give us and estimate at all. I will never call WindowPro again. Ever. *****Update***** I let the company know about their unprofessional salesman. They contacted me right away (the President emailed and the VP called me). VP Dave was extremely apologetic and is coming out to do the estimate himself. I will post and re-evaluate this review after the estimate is done.

We worked with Nick Paulic at Window Pro to come up with our design and color. He was very friendly and professional! We love our new door and they did a fantastic job of installation. Nick came back out 2 weeks after installation and checked to make sure everything was correct. One year later and it is still just as it was installed. Highly recommended!

They were great. They were terrific. I went out, selected the windows and they came in pretty much within the time frame they said they were going to install the windows. They did it in two days like they said. It all went very smoothly. They are not great for price.

the salesman was very professional as well as answered all of my questions. he was polite and friendly. he was punctual whether it was returning my phone calls or coming to my home for estimates or getting the initial window measurements. the installers were very punctual to my home. they adapted very well to all of my questions as well as my requests ( ie putting extra foam for insulation). they answered all of my questions as well as adapted to my observing and watching while they installed my windows. upon finding some issues with the windows, i called the office. the staff was polite and curteous in assisting me. i am presently waiting to have x2 windows come in- to be replaced in my home. still waiting at this time to see how the windows fair for the winter.

The workmanship was excellent. They work really well with your schedule. They clean up after themselves and they are very professional to work with.

Overall the experience was very good. The process started with 2 meetings with Dave Korzan, during which we learned more about Marvin windows as well as the process of installing replacement windows. Dave was very professional and knowledgable. I already knew that Marvin windows were better than Pella, and he did not talk down any other product. He also helped make the financing process as simple as can be. The window installation was incredible. The team sent to our house worked quickly, efficiently, politely, and left no trace of their presence at the end of the day. The installation/project manager, Matt Edgell, also was very professional, helpful, and responsive to our concerns. As with any major renovation project, there were some glitches. One was a bit out of WindowPro's control. The door manufacturer that they use went offline briefly, and our doors took longer than anticipated to install...not big deal, just a bit of an inconvenience. The other issue was the painters (ProVision) that WindowPro used previously were....not good. We were told that the painting would be done in 3-4 days. After 2 weeks, the painting was no where near being done. This was certainly bothersome, but our concerns were dealt with very appropriately and professionally. Dave and Matt worked with us as well as our painter to have our painter complete the painting. The added cost of this was eaten by WindowPro without a problem. Thus, the process took a bit longer than it should, but the final product is unbelievable. Overall, the service provided by WindowPro was great, and the product provided is beautiful and of the highest quality. We will be using WindowPro in the future to complete our window and door replacement process.
