Description of Work: Bill Howes our salesman did an excellent job of explaining the features, advantages and benefits of their products, we went with a complete full house of Infinity by Marvin windows. We went to the Home and Garden Show at the IX Center and they gave us a great deal on the windows. They gave us the largest discount of any of the other 3 comparable windows we quoted. And they honored the pricing even after we had to postpone our order while we refinanced the home. Wow what a difference they make over the builders grade windows we had before. Window Pro delivered and installed the windows 2 weeks before they promised them. It took them 2 days to install in intense heat and they did a great job with only 3 minor items requiring service after the install. They ordered new screens to replace a couple that had holes in them out of the box and repaired one window that was broken. The installers were very careful inside our home and cleaned up their mess entirely before leaving. We would certainly recommend WindowPro to anyone looking for a quality window at a fair price.

Description of Work: Contacted them for evaluation and possible replacement of a half circle window that has the seal broken. The gentleman answering the phone told me that they had a 4 window minimum and that they didn't like to send a crew out for one window. He agreed to send a salesman to the house for an evaluation. The salesman was very professional and honest. The bid to replace this half window was $1000.00. I mentioned the 5% Angie discount and they were willing to honor that. The salesman stated that if we replaced 4 windows it would be $800.00.

Description of Work: Replaced a bow window in living room. Five separate double hung windows. Suggested treated glass which now helps my wife who has light sensitivity issues. We had never thought of that option for which we are very greatful.

Description of Work: I needed to replace my bay window in the living room. Everything went very smoothly from the sales consultant Mark; Matt who came out to do the measurements and to Walter and Ethan who did the install. Everyone was on time. | |Cannot say enough about Walter and Ethan. What great professionals they were. They removed the old window and did the replacement in about 5 1/2 hours. You would never know that they were here. No dust or mess left in the house. I especially appreciated the fact that they did not trample my flowers and shrubs. There wasn't a lot of room to maneuver around on the outside so I expected that there might be some damage. But as I stated, they did a great job of avoiding my plants. |I would use this company again and recommend them highly to my neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: My house had 2 trapped glass triangular thermopane windows, which were installed in 1985. Both windows had lost the seal, resulting in moisture between panes. One window was large, measuring approximately 10 feet X 5 feet. The second window was approximately 3 foot X 1.5 foot. Both originally were custom built. Manufacurer unknown. I had used WindowPro for another remodel about 5 years ago and was pleased with their work at that time.. Since the previous work,, WindowPro changed affiliation from Anderson Renewal to Marvin. WindowPro answered my phone inquiry within 1/2 hour and had a representative in my house the next day. He took measurements, gave me several construction and price options and provided appropriate specs for all choices. Based on our previous good experiance , we decided to work with WindowPro on this project. Since both windows were custom built, we were given 4 week lead time. They met the quoted lead time. On installation day, a team of three installers showed up on time, removed the damaged windows and completed the installation on schedule. During the installation process, they noted that several of the Anderson windows installed 25 years earlier needed caulk. At no additional charge, they went around and caulked all of the windows they had installed 25 years earlier. . They removed all debris and the house was immaculate when the installers left . We are very happy with the Marvin windows and the care taken during the installation. One week later, the WindowPro sales person came by to inspect the finished product and make sure we were happy with the work. This was a 5 star job.

THEY HAVE A VERY NICE PRODUCT, BUT IT COSTS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE THAN VERY GOOD VINYL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS, AND YOU CAN GET A VINYL REPLACEMENT THAT''S RATED THE SAME OR BETTER [ACCORDING TO CONSUMER REPORTS] FOR A LOT LESS MONEY.
