He provided very professional and HIGH quality work, his communication was excellent .His employees were also very professional and also provided high quality value for the work performed. I would highly recommend ray to do any concrete and waterproofing work. He provided good value for the work performed.

 + -1 moreWe contacted Imperial Waterproofing, Inc when our County Public Works Dept informed us we had to complete mandatory repairs to our Sanitary and Sewer lines from the street to the house. Using Angie's List, we obtained 10 Estimates and Imperial was the lowest. After we informed Ray (the owner) he was picked for the job, he immediately got to work pulling the permits. He also told us payment would not be due until AFTER the work was completed (this was new to us as contractors in the past wanted most up front). Ray and his crew arrived on time, completed the work as agreed, and were some of the most professional contractors we've ever dealt with.
Description of Work: Replace the Clay Sanitary and Sewer pipes coming from the house to the street.
