+ 0 moreI have ongoing connection problem; internet does not connect. I have to unplug cables each time I start the computer to get connection. Called private tech who said it was a company issue, probably the modem (? I understand nothing of all this). I've called the co. at least 7 times, leave messages, no one calls back.
Description of Work: I've had email with them for years. It's not the cheapest and the service, as said, when I get it is fine, the techs have been very patient and helpful but it's always way too long between call and response, and with this latest problem, which I've had for weeks, numerous calls and left messages have not yielded a return phone call. I've called tech support and customer service, including saying it was a new account. Nothing gets a call back.
