 + -1 moreMr Isaac Lewin was most offensive. On the way out, he cracked a very offensive joke insulting my wife..
Description of Work: We needed a structural engineer's opinion on a certain concern in the house. He spent about 45 mins at our house, sent us his handwritten measurements about 2-3 weeks later on a piece of scrap paper and charged $500. Never issued a receipt.
