It went excellent. They started on time and finished on time. They were prompt. It was great working with them. The steps are beautiful. They are perfect and it lokks just like the way it was. The price was reasonable. They were a little under the other quotes I had gotten. I would recommend them highly.

They came and did the job when they said they were going to. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. I have no complaints. It looks great. We have an older home and they kept with the character of the house. I would definitley recommend them to other people.

Called to get a quote on repairng my front brick steps. Was told that he'd be to my house within a couple of days. Confirmed address and my contact info. Never heard back from him. Terrible follow-up

Vince arrived within a few day of calling his company to give my an estimate for repairs need to the front sandstone stair and some other minor tuckpointing around the back deck foundation. He was patient enough to allow me time to research other companies. The price he quoted was reasonible. He completed the work in the time frame I requested the work to be done (2 weeks). The finished product looked very professional along with his ability to conduct business.

Prompt in response to initial call. Prompt estimate. Completed work as expected. Work was good quality.

It was excellent. I think I called on a Friday and they were here the next morning. They were very punctual in arrival and completing the job. They matched the color of cement to the existing. They are very efficient and class A all the way.

I called him on a Thursday morning about 9 and asked him if he could come and look at my steps and to give me an estimate and he said he could come at 7:30. When I came home after 7:30 he was already there and he was measuring the steps and when I got out of the car and started talking to him he told me what was wrong and I asked him for an estimate and he told me it would cost $1100 to fix the steps and we would need a contract. And I asked him to send it to me but he could give it to me right then and he did. Signed the contract and gave him a deposit. He called me and said he would be there Wednesday. He came on time and fixed my steps and they are just beautiful! He was wonderful, very professional, explained to me step by step what he was going to do, how he was going to replace the bricks, what he was going to do with the debris, and he cleaned up it was just wonderful! I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Huckabee was pleasant to work with, from getting the estimate to completing the work. The site was cleaned up beautifully after they were done.

Called on Monday morning. He came out for an estimate in the late afternoon. We agreed to the work and price. Was available Tuesday morning. Finished up by lunch Tuesday. Cleaned up the work area. Very satisfied! We're all ready for winter!

There is a big pillar in the basement with an incinerator and when we pulled the incinerator out it left a big hole. They bricked in the hole and it looks very good. I liked everything about them. The price was reasonable.

Finally!! A company that is on time, calls to confirm appt, does the work in a timely manner, and leaves the area clean and neat. Vince was great to work with, answered all my questions.

I had gotten an estimate from another company that was over $400 but Huckabee said we could get it done for $230. A few days later, he came back with a contract and finished the job in a couple of hours. I was very pleased and he saved me a lot of money.

Vince gave me an estimate on the masonry job for the outside steps. The work was completed in less than a week. He responded to my initial call in a timely manner. He cleaned up after the job. His work was neat, he completed sooner than I anticipated and did exactly what was needed.

He was excellent, I would use him again.

Vince came out to inspect the job very promptly. He advised that the entire wall should be replaced. There were too many bricks that were starting to crack and crumble. He gave me a cost and start date estimate the same day.

Work was done in a timely manner. However I feel that a better job could have been done in the matching of the color of the replacement grout, to the original grout. Also some (new) grout was left on the brick faces.

I left a message and received a voice message instructing me to leave my address and the nature of the repairs and they would stop by and give me an estimate. I never received an estimate.

They did a very neat and thorough job.
