Our selling agent from Howard Hanna was the last one to show our property to a potential buyer. Under their watch, the house was broken into. There were no signs of a forced break in. When my husband and I approached the house, we saw that both front and the side doors were open. The agent had removed the lock box without our knowledge. Upon entering the house, we first noticed that the alarm was disarmed and missing, the house had been vandalized. The water heater, copper pipes, furnace, etc... were all missing! They are not willing to take responsibly for the $8000.00 worth of damages. CONSUMERS BEWARE! One would assume that the agency with be held liable for these damages.
Description of Work: We hired them to sell off some investment property for us. We had used them once before and we wanted to use them again for the second property.

Upon receipt of the letter from the member I contacted agents involved to investigate what the members conveyed. Upon investigation the agents did nothing wrong and did not release secure information. The police were contacted and an investigation was made. The member contacted me the week after Thanksgiving and I returned her call and I never heard back from her.
