+ -1 moreWE DID NOT HAVE A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY. FIRST OF ALL, WE LOCKED IN OUR RATE, AND THE GUY FORGOT TO DO IT AND THEN CALLED US BACK THREE WEEKS LATER, AFTER RATES HAD GONE UP, CLAIMING HE HADN'T LOCKED IT IN. WE ENDED UP GETTING THE LOWER RATE, BUT NOT WITHOUT SOME HEADACHE. ALSO, WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD HAVE OUR CHOICE OF A $250 GIFT CARD OR A HOME WARRANTY. WHEN IT GOT TO CLOSING, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE $250 GIFT CARD (THE CHOICE WE WANTED) WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS. OUR MORTGAGE ASSISTANT DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS ALSO OVER AN HOUR LATE TO MEET US.
Description of Work: GAVE US OUR MORTGAGE FOR OUR FIRST HOUSE (AND QUICKLY SOLD IT TO CITIMORTGAGE.)
