Description of Work: CALLED FOR SERVICE ON FURNACE AND WHEN THE GUY CAME OUT ALL HE DID WAS TAKE OFF THE FRONT PANEL AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO BUT THAT I NEEDED A NEW FURNACE! THERE WAS NO TESTING OR ANYTHING. HE HAD BROCHURES ON NEW FURNACES AND INSISTED I NEEDED A NEW FURNACE. AFTER HE LEFT I SENT A LETTER TO THE COMPANY AND REQUESTED MY $59.00 SERVICE CALL REFUNDED BECAUSE HE DID NOTHING BUT TRY TO SELL ME A FURNACE. THEY DID REFUND MY MONEY
