+ -1 moreI do not have a specific price because this was all priced into the new build. The company installed the carpet and you could see all the seams. I thought it might be a new build thing. However, there was also some gapping. My brother called and made them come out...now, three years later, I called them to restretch because it is mess everywhere. You can see over 6 seams and there is gapping in the master bedroom, walkin closet, guest bedroom, and two halls ways. In addition it has become loose at the threshold of the bedroom and the master bath. Hillcrest never called me back. I had another contractor come out and he said the carpet is excellent quality but it needed to be "power" or mechanically stretched on first install to avoid many of these problems. He took a seam apart and saw where they had attempted to stretch and re-seam it. Anyway, I am going to be out $300 to repair Hillcrest's very bad job on a brand new home with no furniture to contend with!

Description of Work: INSTALLED CARPET IN LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM. MARKED UP WALLS WHEN INSTALLING CARPET, BAD SEAMS. VERY POOR JOB, NOT A GOOD COMPANY.
