Description of Work: We have used Greg successfully for several years. He no longer returns phone calls. Do not bother calling. I have called him three times over last 3-4 days. No return call. He does great work otherwise.

+ -1 moreGreg arrived promptly a bit earlier than expected (which was great as we had laundry waiting), quickly diagnosed the problem (broken belt), and then replaced it with a more durable belt than the original that came on the Samsung dryer. He was friendly and quick.
Description of Work: Samsung front-loading laundry dryer stopped spinning.

+ -1 moreCalled HH and they came out in 2 hours and had the problem fixed in an hour. Very friendly and courteous. I would use them again and I recommend them.
Description of Work: Samsung refrigerator evaporator iced over. Thawed Ice, located the issue (vibrating water inlet that cause insulation to wear away), and fixed it. Total cost, $52.

+ -1 moreOne man came to look at it and said that there weren't any parts available and that my dishwasher couldn't be fixed. He charged me $52 for this information. I then found out that the parts are available. I called him to tell him this. He said he would call me back, but hasn’t done so. According to the Yellow Pages, the charges for the service would be applied to the installation of any parts that would be necessary. Since the parts have not been installed, I was basically charged $52 for nothing.
Description of Work: They were called to repair my dishwasher.
