I called and a real person answered. I described the problem and Michelle connected me to Joel, who immediately knew from my description what needed to be done and gave me a price. He also spent 10 or 15 minutes telling me how to take the shade down, and showed great patience with my ineptness, so that I could avoid the cost of a service call. We agreed on a time the next morning when he would be able to do the repair while I waited. After the repair, he showed me how to reinstall the shade.

The work was done in a timely fashion, all trash was removed & the blinds are very attractive.

I had the fabric for the valance (which was no problem). I had an idea of color and fabric for the drapes, but Joel gave excellent counsel and I have ended up with a far better look than I otherwise would have. They promised three weeks and actually installed in exactly two.
