Eric from Heights Guitar did the set-up and he seems to be running the show at the store. He is very personable and it was easy to interact and communicate with him. Regarding the guitar set-up: For my own education, I wanted to to see how the set-up was done and I asked if I could watch while he did it. He was happy to have me attend the set-up. As he was doing it, he provided a step-by-step description of what he was doing. I asked questions along the way and he answered them. Gaining additonal knowledge about guitar mechanics, upkeep, and operation was a valuble experience for me as a new guitar student. Eric is a very good teacher. When it was done, Eric said I could bring the guitar back if it needed any additional fine tuning. I did bring it back to have Eric make further adjustments to the action. I might also mention that prior to having the set-up I did some initial guitar shopping at Heights Guitar and Eric was quite helpful in providing me with some initial education about about electric guitars. In addition, Eric recommended a guitar teacher and I have been taking lessons from that teacher for the past couple of months. The teacher is a good match for me. In sum, I have found Heights Guitars (and Eric) to be a great resource.
Description of Work: I bought a new guitar (from another vendor) and had it set-up at Heights Guitars. The set-up includes changing the strings, adjusting the neck, adjusting the action, adjusting the intonation, cleaning the guitar, etc.

ALSO, WE SCHEDULED (AND HAD PREPAID) A LESSON, AND WE COULDN'T GET IN TO THE STORE AT THE DESIGNATED TIME.
