 + -1 moreONE OF THE VIOLATIONS WAS A BASEMENT WINDOW THAT HAS A WOOD SILL THAT IS DETERIORATED AND HE WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX. IN THE CONTRACT, IT SAYS HE WOULD DO ALL THE VIOLATIONS, BUT HE TOLD ME HE NEEDS MORE MONEY TO FIX THE SILL. I TOLD HIM HE ALREADY SAID HE WOULD IN THE CONTRACT AND I'VE PAID HIM FOR IT. HE WON'T FIX IT, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT, HE SHOULD. ONE OF THE VIOLATIONS IS MY DRIVEWAY NEEDS TO BE SEALED AND HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT. I TOLD HIM I WOULD PAY FOR THE MATERIALS. HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT FOR $150. HE STILL HASN'T DONE THAT EITHER. HE'S A GOOD PAINTER, BUT UNPROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: HE TOOK CARE OF SOME VIOLATIONS ON MY HOME INCLUDING REPAIRING GUTTERS, DID SOME PAINTING, FIXED BROKEN WINDOW PANES, REPLACED WINDOW SEAL, PRIME & PAINTED DOORS, SCRAPED AND PAINTED 3RD FLOOR DORMER, REPLACED DRYER VENT CAP, REPLACED DOWN SPOUT ON THE BACK OF THE GARAGE, AND OTHER VIOLATIONS.
