Handy House Cleaning

Terrible! I was contacted and told someone would be available on a particular date and time. They could not provide anyone on the first, second or third date they offered and they cancelled all three appointments. Finally they suggested a fourth date and time, I agreed with the proviso that if they failed to perform this time to cancel me as a customer and give me a full refund for the advance I made on my credit card, They failed for a 4th time & gave me a refund, Next thing I know someone comes to my door a short time later to clean. I refused admittance and said I had terminated Handy's services. Then I checked my credit card to find Handy had withdrawn a fee for this second, unauthorized, service. They have no given me a full refund and I do not know if they have removed me as a customer.

The scheduler sent me 3 different times and dates, including the one I had scheduled with her. NO ONE SHOWED UP! They did refund my payment.

Customers service for this company is horrible. The only time that you can speak to a live person is when you first sign up and they get you credit card number. The person who cleaned my bathroom did a fair job.She knew nothing about sanitation, she put the toilet brush on the printer in the hallway. I canceled the service in April right after she left. Then June 15, 2019 I get a text message from the company saying that another person is coming to my home on Monday June 17. I tried to message them back that I had canceled the service, I went to their website, sent emails and no one got back to me. I called the lady that was supposed to come to my house to let her know that I had canceled the service in April and not to come. June 17,2019 this company took $90.00 out of my bank account and will not respond to me at all

Good for the price. Some do not have their own equipment and will need to use yours. THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THE SERVICE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!!! Very difficult to navigate their website to email your issues. The cleaner was not even able to contact them via phone. They work exclusively via email. The only reason I am considering not using their service again. That is why I gave them an over all C rating.

It's simple and straightforward to use. I had a problem with the cleaner the first time using it and they were very responsive.

It went well. Professional, polite and got the job done.

The booking wasn't too great. The first booking on a sunday. The person no showed. When called they stated it was changed. They re-booked it. The handyman did a great job. The booking itself was disappointing.
