 + -1 moreMy husband is extremely picky about car issues. We had torrential rains and he went out to the car to look for leaks, and no problems. Technician arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and there was not a speck of broken glass left in the area. Couldn't. Ask for any more

 + -1 moreCalled Monday. Made appointment for Wednesday. Called Wednesday to be given time window for arrival. Truck arrived within time window. Windshield was replaced rapidly and expertly. Warranty is a good one. I'd definitely use the company again.

 + -1 moreCalled on Wednesday and they gave me an all day appointment for Friday. My daughter (I was at work) called at 9:30 a.m.on Friday and they gave her an appointment window of 1p.m. to 3 p.m. According to her, the technician arrived, had her pull her car up a bit and replaced the window in no time. The price was $58.00 less than the quote from Safelite. They do have a guarantee on installation and defective glass, so we'll know for sure how well they did as soon as it rains again. Very pleased with their service. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreWe needed to replace a windshield on a 13 year old car, and we were afraid there might be a long wait for the part, even from a dealer. We found that most dealers refer windshield replacement to companies that specialize in it, and after both getting a referral from a dealer and seeing their good reviews on Angie's list, we called Guardian. They tracked down a replacement windshield and sent their technician to replace the windshield on site at our home within 27 hours of our first call to them, for a very reasonable price. We didn't have to have the car towed anywhere, and their technician Vinnie Russo was very efficient, professional, and friendly. Great service!

Description of Work: I ORIGINALLY HAD A NICK ON MY FRONT WINDSHIELD THAT GREW ACROSS THE LENGTH OF THE ENTIRE WINDSHIELD DUE TO THE HOT AND COLD WEATHER WE HAD 2 WINTERS AGO. THEREFORE, I NEEDED THE WINDSHIELD REPLACED. I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION OF EITHER HAVING THEM COME TO MY HOME OR BRINGING THE CAR TO THEIR SHOP TO GET THE WORK DONE. I CHOSE TO BRING THE CAR TO THEIR SHOP AND THEY DID THE WORK WITHIN THE TIME THEY ESTIMATED. THEY LEFT NO EVIDENCE THAT THEY HAD WORKED ON THE WINDSHIELD AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
