 + -1 moreThis was my first & last visit to Greve's. The roses were fine, but the atmosphere in the place was uncomfortable. A woman who seemed to be in charge kept grousing about her work & chastising the salesperson who was filling my order. This made my experience at the store most unpleasant. At one point, as she stood only a few feet away from me, the boss told the salesperson, "As soon as your done with THAT MAN, come & help me." I did not appreciate being referred to as "that man", & I felt like I was being dismissed as a low priority. How rude. This place, which is apparently under relatively new ownership, had better improve their customer service, or I won't be the only customer who leaves feeling alienated & unwelcome.
Description of Work: I bought a dozen red roses.

 + -1 moreTHE RESULTS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!
Description of Work: WE ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A SCHOOL GRADUATION. WE TOOK VASES TO BE FILLED, AND WE GOT CORSAGES AND BOUTINEERS. IT WAS A RATHER LARGE ORDER. THEY DELIVERED EVERYTHING TO THE SCHOOL.
