GT was prompt in scheduling a free estimate. They were willing to work with us on cost a little bit. Their product is wonderful, from the production aspect of it to the final aesthetics. There are some detailing limitations with the product that are disappointing but overall we are happy with the end result. Granite Transformations installed the product in a timely manner. They arrived on time and completed the job in just a few hours. There were a few install issues, particularly with the sink. Between the plumber, the GT sales rep and us, the problems were resolved within a week or so.

We decided not to go with them because the price was too high.

We wanted a lighter/thinner material than standard granite counter tops and wanted a complementary appearance to our granite counter tops. The result with the black granite with sparkles was excellent and really makes the kitchen.

They were prompt, efficient, on time and seemed knowledgeable. I will have them bid again in the future.

They were pretty good; they seemed very professional and their prices seemed good. I liked the salesman and their presentation. The only thing I did not like was that they never followed up with a sales call. I did not call them because my circumstances had changed, and I wasn't going to do the work, but I never heard back from them at all; initially, they had responded right away. I would probably consider using them in the future.

The prices they gave us were for both the cabinets and the countertops and that was for $11,000. The owner came out and brought samples to the house of the different countertops and we selected the one we wanted. Someone came out and created a template which he actually constructed out of cardboard and once that was completed he took that back to warehouse and they actually created our countertops. Two guys came out last week and installed our countertops and it was a one day process.

(05/19/2010) They gave us a much better quote than the other guy and we went with them. UPDATE (06/04/2010) We looked at material and were impressed. Company came to measure and provide formal quote. When order was placed, they set up an installation date and also date for detailed template. Arrived promptly for install and were very neat and professional. Backsplash fit perfectly as did table. The outcome was excellent

They had the granite. Someone else made the table and I put it on. It was an a piece they were going to get rid.

I waited several months to submit this report so that my blood pressure would remain steady. I had used this company to reface my kitchen counter tops and was thrilled with the results. This, however, was a terrible experience. To start, I was not informed that the replacement drawers would be considerably smaller than the existing drawers. Nor was I informed that the underside of the cabinet over the refrigerator would not be refaced and now is obviously a different finish. The person doing the work was late everyday,did not protect the appliances with plastic, or cover the doors to the rest of the house to contain the sawdust as I was told would be done.The workmanship was unbelievably sloppy. Instead of running the seams in a rail and stiles pattern he placed them in the middle of the cabinets making them obvious and unattractive. When I complained and asked to have them fixed I was told it was because of my color choice (white) and the "new" glue they were using. When they came to fix them the salesman mentioned that the workman was a "helper" not a journeyman. The seams that they "fixed" are still obvious and unattractive and in the middle of the cabinets. All they did was reglue them and sand them down. I have a carousel cabinet in the corner that had to be adusted because it wasn't closing properly and the space between the door and cabinet is too wide. A month ago the two false front panels under the sink fell off. Several of the door handles are crooked. This is the worst workmanship I have seen.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. They came and did a template and then came back and did install it in less than a day for a whole new look. They do use Blanco sinks and fixtures that are quite expensive ($600 for the sink I wanted). They let me buy my own Blanco sink from another company online (@300) and did not charge me extra. I felt like they were willing to work with me and wanted my business.

They were a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate through the installation process, which didn't even take a whole day. They allowed us to buy our own sink and faucet to save on expenses (since we bought a Blanco sink online for 1/2 the price they still didn't charge us for cutting it out since they had the template). They gave good suggestions for the backsplash even though I was installing it instead of them. All their staff were extremely helpful.

The experience was excellent. I was extremely happy with the work they did, the way it looked and the way it came out, and also the cleanup afterwards. They were very professional.

The job went very well. They were on time, courteous, and hardworking. My counter tops got updated and my 40 year old sink was replaced with a new and modern granite sink. The counter tops have a fancy edge and the new faucet matches everything. The faucet choices were great. I got just what I wanted. The prices were more than fair and all the people were very nice. They cleaned up and left my kitchen looking ready for magazine pictures. I would definitely recommend them.

We are exceptionally pleased with this company and the product and service they offer. Their sales representative, Mark Krause, was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process and all the accompanying decisions to be made. Once the order was placed we were sent a list of the steps that would be taken to complete the process. We found this very helpful. It included a schedule with times and dates and what was expected of us, as far as clearing counters, etc. The installer, Mark, was prompt and very neat throughout the job. We chose to use their plumbing supplies and plumber which they coordinated on the day of installation. All the work was highly professional and finished in a timely manner. From date of order to finish, it was less than a month. We now have a beautiful new kitchen without the mess of demolition or the cost. We would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again.

Superb. The countertops are gorgeous and the team that did the installation was professional, courteous, and did the job right the first time.
