I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Their professionalism, integrity, customer service and responsiveness is stellar. They provide in depth information to help you better understand the process of the service they provide. We engaged their services initially for lawn maintenance then moved to have our lawn re-seeded . I've seen marked improvement overall in appearance. We have a problem lawn and Good Nature provided a solution that our previous service provider of 15 years never even considered. If there is a problem they are quick to respond and address the issue. Organic services are not cheap, but well worth the cost overall. I highly recommend this company.

They are really very good! Before we were using the normal fertilizer, we switch to organic, so the fee is raised. The quality of the service is very good, but with using the organic our lawn is not doing that much greater, it?s not that green like the other lawns. We are satisfied, because it is organic, it?s safe, our kids can play and all them things, but the results, the lawn should be green, it?s not that. They are good, every time we call they are good. They show up every time they schedule a date, they come and they do everything and they hang their bill on our door. They do their work and everything is good.

The company is really good. We have not really used them long enough to see that much of a difference in our lawn. The company is great and the people are great. We have only used them for like 3 months. We are using them currently. I don't know if we would use them again next year or not.

Not very well. I called and commited to them taking over my lawn care. I started to wonder if they had forgotten, but after about four weeks a lawn marker and a door hanger appeared noting they had been there. Then a couple weeks later the bill arrives stating they had been there twice. It's a standard half acre lot. $325 and I still had all sorts of weeds. I called and cut off service.

In 2015, I signed up for a spring lawn aeration because I was looking for a company that provided natural lawn care without harmful chemicals. I purchased the treatment and saw moderate returns (in fairness, Good Nature was very upfront that several consistent treatments would be required to truly see the best results). Unfortunately, after running all the numbers again, I discovered that committing to a full maintenance program was simply not in my budget so I decided to cease business with Good Nature on positive terms. I did subsequently receive several sales calls, but after finally advising the sales individual that I did not require their company's services any longer, those stopped as well. To my surprise, I recently came home to one of the company's invoices on my door for another aeration treatment similar to the first I had received. I promptly left a message on Good Nature's answering service and advised that I had cancelled all treatments previously. Now, normally this type of situation would warrant a negative review, but the reason this is not is because the very next morning I received an email that contained an apology for the misunderstanding and a cancellation of the outstanding bill. Typically, I would expect a company but to dig in and insist on payment, so I was very pleasantly surprised by this interaction. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking for an organic mean of maintaining their lawn (and understands it does come with a little added cost) and am glad I could share the positive interaction I had with the company.

I filed an earlier review in which the company kept telling me that they had serviced my lawn when they had not. I spoke directly with the owner and he offered me two free applications to make up for the trouble. I received the first application and was told that I need to have the lawn aerated for $75. I called them and asked them to go ahead and do this. Three weeks later and they have not appeared, yet again. Such a good concept. Unfortunately, I am going to have to go back to a chemical treatment company because they at least show up and do the work.

Scheduled service and thankfully, did not pay in advance. They said it would be a few weeks because I missed the first rotation. Also promised to call ahead since I have kids, pets. After several weeks I called and asked when they would be treating my lawn. They said that they already had done so. I told them that I did not believe they did as I did not receive a call, there was no sign in the yard and no invoice on the door. They checked and apparently they actually had not performed the service. So, they scheduled service for the following week. Again, no call, no sign, etc. I called yet again. Again, they said they had treated my lawn. When I insisted they had not they said they would check. Apparently the truck had broken down and they, again, did not treat my lawn. I told them I would give them one last chance. If they wanted to actually show up and treat my lawn but comp the first service, I would give them a third chance. Otherwise, back to chemical treatments because those companies actually show up. They said they would call me back. One week later and still no call.

They were very thorough and gave me help to maintain things. They are very professional and everything is working out great. I called to cancel my last two appointments with them and they gave me back my refund with no questions asked. Overall it was a great experience.

They do a great job. Their recommendations are genuine and they don't pressure you into something you don't need. Whenever I call the office someone is there to pull up my account quickly and they are already up to speed about the issues with our lawn. They always call the day before they show up and an added bonus is their online payment system, which is easy to use and helps keep track of the services they have performed. We will definitely use them next season.

Great. Very responsive to concerns. These guys know their stuff. I doubted organic working at first...but my lawn has never looked so good. From the worst to one of the best on the street and no harm to kids that play on grass!

We started using Good Nature Organic Lawn Care probably 10 years ago when our yard was about 80 percent weeds. One of our neighbors worked for the company and was trying to drum up business so several of our neighbors tried it out. Our next door neighbors have Jack Russell Terriers that spend a lot of time in our yard so we wanted something safe for them. The service man calls beforehand to let us know when he will be spraying our yard. They are always prompt and efficient and put a small sign at the end of our driveway to indicate that they were there and that we should stay off of the grass for the rest of the day. Of course it is advertisement for them, too. They also provide information on how you should mow your lawn, best times to water, etc. what to look for in weeds and pests and are very helpful when you call with questions. We are on a program where they come out about 6 times a year to apply foundation and will weed spray spots as needed. Each visit is about $50. Our lawn is now green and healthy with hardly any weeds.

They did a great job, there is already an improvement in my lawn and trees. They will service my home 6 times in the season.

The service is organic which I need because I have pets. They really do a good job. They call ahead and let us know when they are coming. They show up on time.

We have been happy with their work. They have a very nice service. I get calls from the technician the day before he comes out to let me know what he is going to do. They actually had a tech come out after the slice seeding and found some bare spots. They reseeded the bare spots. I am very happy with the price of the work and the quality.

So far the work has been good. They come when they say they are going to come and are really good about getting back to you.

I contacted them online, they called me back in a few days to ask some questions and said they would look our property up via satellite to get an idea of the area to be sprayed. Then someone came out totally unannounced at the worst possible time. I was not home and my husband was having a very hectic day trying to pull things together for his business. He called me to find out what this guy was here for. Had I been contacted first I would have set it up to where I would be home. We'd rather not have new people come to the house when no one is home. Anyhow, he handed the gentleman the phone so I could tell him what areas we wanted done and he measured. Then I was emailed a quote. Day of service was yesterday, one guy showed up to spray the lawn, he was prompt and polite. I soon found out that he was just going to do the basic service, and after the stuff was applied he gave me a bill with a list of recommendations after reviewing the lawn. His recommendations included Liquid Airation for $645.99 and Organic Weed Buster for $346.99 (on top of another TWO treatments before winter at the price of $355 before tax). I had no idea what I was getting myself into with all these extras. We have a brand new lawn, seeded only a year ago. I'm going to see what happens if this treatment makes any difference. Perhaps they will honor the Angie's List coupon for 50% off a Weed Buster application which would take the sting out of these hefty prices. Would have thought the weed buster would be part of their program. The other thing is once the guy was out here, he tried to talk me into three more treatments before winter. No way. We'll see what kind of improvements take hold with yesterday's treatment before deciding what to do next.
