It went very well. The company rep came out immediately. They gave me a quote for what I needed and nothing more. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. I thought the price was very fair and I have already hired them to do the work, they just haven't started yet.

I scheduled this appointment on October 6 for November 1. They even called me back to schedule the winterization, which I had already done. There was some type of confusion when scheduling, they explained that there were two different lists of customers, one established list and one new customer list, and for some reason I was on the new customer list, though I had been a customer since April. I spoke with Joan the day before the appointment to verify the appointment time. I first got their voicemail, I left a message but never heard anything from them. I called back later in the afternoon and spoke with Joan and I asked if my appointment was still lined up for the next day, she assured me that it was and they would be here. They never called and never showed up. I called them that afternoon and left a voicemail about them not showing up. Still today, Monday, it is now 10 am and I still have not heard anything back from Joan or anyone else from the company. Each time that I call, I get voicemail no matter which extension I choose from their options.
