Description of Work: My daughter bought her first time home and Greg and his team were able to come in with a vision that was within her budget and complete the work in a professional manner. She had all painting, carpet removalk, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel as well as updated electrical work. A lot of done for a reasonable amount.

Description of Work: I have used this contractor several times and got excellent service. He replaced some loose floor boards in my bedroom, replaced the porch floor, painted the exterior of the house and we hired him to build a deck on the back of the house.

Description of Work: We had a bath remodel where we replaced everything except for the bathtub. The toilet was installed correctly and well. The medicine cabinet and new electrical outlet along with the new light fixture was installed in excellent fashion. Now here is the trouble, the job took longer than we were told it would. I would guess that was because the workers often didn't show up on time and often left early for the day. This was a problem for us because we were staying at a hotel for the time of the installation because we only have one bathroom in our house. The new window was installed but no cap was put on the outside which has been standard in all other windows we have purchased. We were supposed to get new molding for our walls that did not happen. The paint job was shoddy at best. We had a new sink and vanity installed . Now the main reason we decided to undergo all of this was because we had a very slow running drain and I indicated that we would pay additional if it was necessary but I wanted to the drain to run well. I heard the workers debating over the drain after everything was installed. One seemed to think rightly that the drain did not run well, while the other argued that it was fine. It would turn out not to be fine. We have also had problems with the drainage pipe leading from the tub as it leaked. They did come out to tighten it once after we contacted them but it continued. After that I asked a friend to come over and he was able to fix the issue. We have had continued problems with the drain opener in the bathtub. As for that drain, it continued to get worse even after they had come out again to check it out. We called Mr. Rooter and the problem has been solved. The owner seems open to listening but the workers seem to need someone to stand over them if you want things done correctly. We also had a door installed which sticks from time to time mostly due to humidity.

Description of Work: RE-ATTACHED PORCH TO POSTS, STRAIGHTENED BRICK POST, CLEANED OUT DOWNSPOUT AND SOME FACIEA WRAP.

Description of Work: HE REPLACED MY DOOR HINGES.
