Gillmore Security is a local, third-generation family business based in Oakwood Village, Ohio. Gillmore Security has been protecting residents and businesses in Northeast Ohio for over 40 years. Currently, we employ over 40 service professionals and operate a local, in-house UL 5-Diamond command center and service dispatch center. Gillmore installs, monitors and services burglary, fire, environmental, access control and digital video for both the home and business. Description of Work: They re-used my Brinks sensors, replaced my main alarm panel with a new panel that includes monitoring via my broadband so no need for a separate land line. They installed new smoke/fire detectors to replace the incompatible old ones. Installed new keypads and configured. Overall very pleased to be away from Brinks/ADT.

Description of Work: We had a system installed in our home. Both the salesman an service installer were prompt,courteous and professional. The one time I accidentally set the alarm off, I was called within 15 seconds.

Description of Work: This was a quote only. I contaceted a few firms in the Cleveland area for bid. The bid was for a basic home alarm system. I liked Gillmore's product line, and they were the only company that installed a 'hard-wired' sytstem as standard. But, in the end I realized that I just needed a simple system to meet my needs. The salesman was quite knowledgeable, and I have every confidence that if I hired them I would not be dissappointed.
