Fridrich Moving & Storage

Went very well. The men(2)arrived 15 minutes early on an exceptionally snowy day. Layed out floor protection and went to work at once. Efficient with movements and very pleasant conversation when engaged.

Arrived on time and went right to work. Four crew members were present and they started at 8 am and finished about 4 pm. All did a great job, were very friendly and customer oriented, and we really appreciated the extra effort they provided and attention to detail.

Went very well. Moving out of state and was using the PODS for storage. Was able to use Fridrich moving to move all of my things into the PODS. Two guys were present, worked hard and efficiently. This is the second time I have used them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Process of getting an estimate went smoothly. The move itself didn't go as well, however. The guys were very friendly and pleasant, but didn't always follow our requests. While we did not have any major items destroyed, we did have quite a bit of damage to furniture - mostly small dents and bumps, but unfortunately I'd say at least half of our wood furniture was damaged in one way or another. When we pointed out the damage, there was a general "we didn't do that" reaction, and they definitely tried to cover up damage so we would not see it. Also, while the estimator promised certain things would be handled in certain ways, when the team showed up and wanted to do things differently, the estimator said "it is really up to the driver." So we were stuck. The move wasn't a disaster, but I have had much better moves.

No damage, no dirt, exceptional customer service, just all around nice guys.

They were superior! They were fantastic people! I'm moving again, and I'll be calling them to help me. They were very courteous and careful with everything they did. They took great care when packing my items, and the men were extremely courteous. I felt their prices were extremely reasonable.

They were on time. Were professional. Handled everything with skill. Worked well within estimate of 6 hours for move. Very pleased.

From our first contact with Brian who came to do our estimate to the people we dealt with at the warehouse when we picked up some packing material to the crew who actually did the work, everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. The crew arrived on time the day of the move and got right to work. All six crew members worked very hard all day long including moving some extremely heavy pieces of furniture. All of our furnishings made it to Medina in good shape. The only disappointment was that a few pieces of furniture were not reassembled.

They were very gentle with my belongings. I was impressed with how well they conducted themselves. They were professional and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. It is very uncommon that someone is so careful with your things when moving; nothing was broke...everything was excellent.

They found some items that had fallen out of a box into their truck, onto my lawn, and even in the house and they promptly returned them to me, though they had every opportunity to pocket them. They showed great integrity and I am most grateful to them for being such honest and trustworthy gentleman. If I need to move anything again I will use Fridrich and ask for the same 3 fellows. Outstanding work.

The guys the company sent over were affable and quick workers. They had me moved in under 6 hours. They were very professional, taking the time to lay protective covering over my floors, waiting for me to direct them where to place every box or bit of furniture, and not allowing me to pick up even a box myself. Jay and Jim were great, and I will gladly use this company to move my mother in a few months. I also plan to suggest them to others in need of their services.

Three guys came. Very clean. Very polite. They were right on time, actually 5 minutes early.

I had an excellent experience with this company from a move standpoint. I had 4 companies bid on the move and this was the only company that I felt understood the complexity of the move in terms of getting the goods up to my house in NC. They also were the heaviest estimate in terms of weight and almost right on the button, so there was no surprise related to the invoice. They were not the lowest bid, but the difference in bids was not big. The packers/movers were polite and efficient. It took them 2 days to unload due to the shuttle requirement. We have found no breakage. Only scare was when it turned out that they had dropped the ball on reserving a rental truck to shuttle the goods, but there was one available, so it was not a problem. Only complaint I have is with their billing procedure. I used a credit card and they charged my account for 110% of the amount due until an ''audit'' is done. What I don't understand is that if I paid by check, they would not have this cushion.

THE THREE MEN (ESPECIALLY THEIR LEADER, RICH) WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND PUNCTUAL. THEIR TIME ESTIMATE WAS A BIT OFF, AND EVEN MORE SO, CONSIDERING MANY BOXES ETC WERE MOVED THE TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THEIR INVOLVEMENT. THEY WERE NICE. BREAKFAST AND LUNCH WE PROVIDED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.

I DECIDED TO USE ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY.

GOOD PACKING, NOTHING BROKEN, EVERYTHING WAS COVERED, EVERYTHING WORKED OUT, THEY WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS.

PROMPT, QUITE PROFESSIONAL, ESPECIALLY THE MEN WHO CAME OUT. GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE

I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT FIVE MOVES. THEY ARE THE BEST. WOULD NOT CONSIDER USING ANOTHER COMPANY. GREAT TEAM WORK BY THE CREWS. SMART, EFFICIENT WORKERS.

I LIKED THIS COMPANY AS THEIR FRIDAY RATES WERE THE SAME AS A WEEKDAY RATE, WHEREAS OTHER COMPANIES ARE NOT. THE FRIDAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE ME, IT WAS POURING RAIN ALL DAY. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A LOT LONGER TO MOVE IN THE RAIN AND CHECKED WITH MGT. AND OFFERED TO MOVE ME ON SAT. AT THE WEEKDAY RATE. THE TIME ESTIMATE WAS OFF BY 1.25 HOURS, WHICH WAS MY ONLY COMPLAINT. THEY PUT ALL THE BOXES WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND DID NOT SCRATCH OR DAMAGE A THING. NICE GUYS ALL THE WAY AROUND. ALSO A SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS THAT YOU CAN RENT BOXES PRIOR TO YOUR MOVE AND WHEN YOU RETURN THEM (YOU HAVE 3 WEEKS), YOU GET ALL YOUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BOXES.

FIRST OF ALL, I TOLD THEM THEY WOULD BE RECEIVING FEEDBACK ON ANGIE'S LIST AND THEY DID NOT CARE. SECOND, THEY UNDERESTIMATED OUR MOVE BY 3000 LBS. AND SAID IT WAS OUR FAULT - WE MUST HAVE ADDED SOMETHING -- WHICH WE DID NOT. THEIR ESTIMATES MEAN NOTHING - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. THEY SIMPLY CHARGE YOU WHAT THEY WANT AT THE END OF A MOVE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF PACKING AND TAKING CARE OF OUR THINGS. THE TWO MEN WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. THE PRICE WAS FOR 7 1/2 HOURS OF WORK.

THE SALES PERSON THAT COME OUT WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. ON THE SIDE HE SAID HE WOULD HELP ME PACK. SOMEHOW THE MANAGEMENT FOUND OUT AND CHASTISED HIM. HE CAME BACK TO MY HOUSE UNANNOUNCED TO TELL ME ABOUT HIS WORK PROBLEMS. THE DAY OF THE MOVE THE GUYS WERE PRETTY EFFICIENT BUT THEY REALLY RUSHED AND LEFT SOME THINGS AT THE HOUSE. AT THE NEW HOUSE THEY PUT SOME BOXES IN THE WRONG AREAS. I REMEMBER A BOX TUMBLING DOWN THE STAIRS. THIS TURNED OUT TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THE SITUATION WITH THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY BIZARRE. I PROBABLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM. QUALITY IS A C-.

THERE WERE A FEW DINGS AND SCRATCHES DONE TO FURNITURE BUT NOT UNREASONABLY SO. UNFORTUNATELY, THE MOVERS DISREGARDED THE LABELS I PUT ON ITEMS FOR THE ROOMS TO PUT THEM IN, SO I HAD TO DO A LOT OF RESORTING. ALSO, THE ACTUAL WEIGHT WAS 500LBS OVER ESTIMATE SO I'M NOT SURE OF THE FINAL COST.

THEY WERE UNDER THE ESTIMATE BY TWO HOURS. THEY WERE VERY FAST. EVEN SETUP THE FURNITURE IN ON OUR PORCH AND OUR DAUGHTERS BEDROOM IN A VISUALLY PLEASING WAY. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
