 + -1 moreIt was perfect. He went above and beyond. Created the look we were going for exactly. Showed up with arrangements that blew our minds and I have no idea how he did that for that price. And all of this during Valentine's Day weekend, which is slightly busy for a florist!! He was punctual, organized, and creative. It was perfect in every way.
Description of Work: Michael did a surprise party for my father with 180 guests. We had one phone call followed by one face to face meeting and he immediately grasped the concept and ran with it. He found a way to make camouflage and bright orange look classy and elegant while still woodsy and masculine. Guests were blown away by the gorgeous floral arrangements and birch bark picture frames on every table. The price was incredible given all the flowers and time put in to create these decorations. What an incredible experience. I will never use anyone else.

Description of Work: My husband had purchased a live plant in a lovely ceramic planter for my birthday. Within a week, the plant was dead. I took it back to the store and was ravaged by the owner. He was shouting at me, in front of other customers and staff, that I had overwatered it and I should not be allowed to touch a plant ever again! I was so stunned by his behavior, I didn't know what to do! Luckily, one of the other staff members, a very nice woman, took it from me and said she could put an artificial plant in the pot, because I wanted to keep the planter. She gave it back to me with a nice arrangement and I left the store, vowing never to return.

 + -1 moreThey were very nice and quick! They are pleasant and didn't seem to be unnerved by my late order. They were very honest in saying they would try to get it to her. They seemed to go the extra mile to have it to her. They do beautiful work and are always accommodating. I did call them and let them know. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I always use them, they are always reliable! On Mother's Day I had forgotten to order flowers. I called them the Saturday before at 5 o'clock. They rushed an order through and said they would try to get the flowers to my mother on Mother's Day. They did get the flowers to her on Mother's Day.

 + -1 moreSimply stated, Flowerville is nothing short of professional, responsive, creative. They under promise and over deliver. I can't tell you how many guests asked "who did the flowers?" Not only does Michael (and his staff) listen to what you want they actually make it come to life. Delivery was also just as they promised.
Description of Work: Flowerville made 11 small center pieces and one spectacular huge center piece for a private home party.

 + -1 moreTHE ARRANGEMENT WAS WELL-DESIGNED AND VERY FRESH. IT WAS A TOUCH SMALL FOR THE PRICE AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE COME IN SOME TYPE OF BOWL, BUT IT WAS JUST A CHEAP GREEN PLASTIC CONTAINER. NOT THAT GREAT FOR A TABLE WHERE PEOPLE COULD REALLY SEE THE BASE. OVERALL, OUR GUESTS THOUGHT IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.
