Very courteous and knowledgeable. Had problem diagnosed and fixed within hour. Repair cost was reasonable. Would definitely use his services again.

+ -1 moreMy LG washer wasn’t turning on, I watched all types of YouTube videos for troubleshooting and nothing helped. I contacted first choice and they arrived within an hour and a half. The gentleman was so professional, he was following covid 19 safety procedures , he told me that my control board was bad and it has to be replaced. He ordered the control board and it arrived to him after two days. He then came and I replaced the part. I was really pleased with the service and the technician took his time to explain to me what the waste problem. he also recommended things when washing clothes to keep the lifetime of the washer or the dryer longer such as the amount of load. Thank you so much guys
