Great staff. On time, hard working and friendly. KP and Caleb were terrific. The office was helpful and returned calls and scheduled promptly.

Everything went very well. They're a family owned business, so I got personal attention. At least one of those times the owner came out and surveyed the property before starting work. Their work was very good; they were very responsive in terms of phone calls. They always showed up and did what they were supposed to do. I was very pleased with the work. Very friendly and personal attention. Everything that was promised was delivered. Services performed September thru December 2013 & June 2014.

They are always prompt, thorough, and courteous. They have always been willing to work with me to solve problems and adjust their services to my needs.

We caught Mary Finley as she was servicing a neighbor's house. She agreed to do our house for $40 a visit. We agreed for the time we were gone. She offered to handle our lawn this year, but we were not gone enough.

The charge for this service was competitive with other quotes I received. Because of the nature of landscaping in general, I won't know how satisfied I will be with their work for a year or two, but I am optimistic.

Always available when we need them. They out of their way to be helpful, for example, they replant grass in areas where their trucks may damage the lawn.

Finley Landscaping Service are very good. Their price was reasonable. I like the owner and that the communication is very good. Her crew was very professional. They were responsive, did a good job, were on time, and did everything we asked them to and more.

The individuals at Findley seemed nice enough. I called requesting a quote on how much it would cost to do a fall clean up on my yard and possibly my neighbors since we have joining yards. Simply, I wanted the leaves from the back and front yard moved to the tree lawn so that the city could pick it up. After my initial call, I was told that someone would come out and give me an estimate. After waiting 4 days with no response, I call back again and was assured that someone would come out that day and take a look at the yard. Later that night at around 7:30 I received a call with an estimate. The estimate was for 9 man hours for my yard and 5 man hours for my neighbors. At $40 dollars an hour that is ridiculous. I called back and stated my concern and was informed that they would come out and do another estimate to make sure that the price only included leaf clean up and not mowing the yard or any other services. I was assured again that someone would come out. A week has gone by and I have not had a response. At this time, I borrowed my brothers blower and my neighbor and I took 4 man hours (yes 2 hours each) to clean up our yards!! I'm not sure where the estimate came from, but it was way off. We are not professionals and only had a leaf blower with a rake and a trap. I would expect that a landscaping service would be able to get it done even quicker with the right tools.

We set up a time and the crew was prompt and professional. While the crew was there, we also asked them to prep and seed quite a few bare spots in the front yard, which they did for an extra $50. Mary and her brother oversaw the whole yard operation. We were very satisfied with the work that was done, and the look of our yard was greatly improved. We had recently moved in to the house, and the yards had been neglected. We have decided not to take on the bi-monthly service, but one of the things that I appreciated about Mary's initial offer of her company's services was that they were willing to do any size job on an individualized basis. Some of the companies that we contacted were not interested in anything but a monthly contract. We will have no reservations about contacting Finley Lanscaping again for any other work that needs to be done.

It was a normal rate. They charged around $35 per hour. I liked Mary Finley, the owner and she was very easy to work with. They came when they said and they were on time. I would definitely recommend them. If they are doing something other than a normal job, then I am not sure about her workers; but when she comes in, she looks at it and gives directions. It will be good to check on the people as they are working to make sure they are doing the right thing, not like a regular trimming. If they have any work due then they would call and tell they had an issue. Mary is professional, but it is not same with her workers and it depends.

Really well. While they were not the cheapest, they did an outstanding job that was well worth a little bit more. I would highly recommend them

I called for an estimate for a spring cleaning. I spoke with Mary, who was very prompt in returning my call. She made an after-hours appointment to come see my yard. She wrote up a quote that included raking, mowing and trimming our lawn. I thought the price was decent so I told her to put me on the list. As it was a very rainy spring it was a few weeks before they came (which was completely fine by us). She called on Sunday to tell me they would be out some time that week. They came on that Thursday and did a great job. I was surprised and pleased to find that they even swept the deck. They did such a thorough job that they even emptied our new compost bin! I was very satisfied with the service and the customer service. I will definitely be using this company again.

Yey came when they said they would be there and did a very good job of what they were asked to do. I asked them to do something else while they were there and they jumped right in and got it done. The prices were quite resonable. They were the best landscapers I have used. I have them scheduled to come back in the spring, I would recommend them in the future. They were very professional.

Very responsive and very professional. Yard looked better afterwards than it ever has. Highly recommended!

Good overview and the serive was awarded in time and wih high quality

I have them come weekly. They do a good job. They keep my yard looking great and do a great job cleaning up.

I was happy that they were able to do this small job since some people don't want to bother with small stuff. We'd had another guy who said he could cut up a bunch of the large chunks but he didn't finish the job.We had maybe 20 large chunks remaining and did not want the other guy to come back due to poor organization skills and lack of safety equipment. So Mary Finley said her workers could do this, and it took less than an hour. They had safety goggles and knew how to properly use the chainsaw. They showed up when they said they would. When initially trying to set up for her to come and do an estimate, it took a few days of phone tag to set it up, but other than that, communication was good (that's only reason why I scored a B on responsiveness). She called the night before to tell us they'd arrive a half hour later than she said previously, which I appreciate. They also cleaned up the yard of all the sawdust from cutting the wood.

I would say their price and service are both satisfactory. They are great all around, very responsive, mannerable and professional.

They are very thorough with weeding and other types of yard work. They are responsive to our calls. They came out in the spring to repair a stone that was dislodged in the winter. They are very wasy to work with.

Once I had called them in the beginning of the week about some tree damage and had asked them to come and access the same. Their response was prompt.
