Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room, dining room, hallway, and stairs. Cleaned two large winged back chairs. They sent a lady to our home in advance the first time who measured and discussed with me what our trouble spots were. When the cleaner arrived, there was no sales pressure to buy extra products or services. He did the work quickly and well. The next time we called, they were able to use the previous info to prepare for the job.

+ -1 moreIt went great. I have had them here before to seal some new furniture and I thought they did a nice job and were professional. I know they clean a lot of high end places so I decided to use them after I saw they were on Angie's List. My couches were fading and I wanted them cleaned really well because I am going to try a painting process after they are cleaned. Fiber seal is expensive but I think they do an excellent job. I really like the work and it was worth the price. Their responsiveness was excellent; they did my couches all in one call. They were here right when they said they would be. I am going to send my rugs to them to be cleaned.
Description of Work: I used Fiber Seal Fabric Care System to clean one sectional sofa, one sofa bed and two 9-foot couches.

Description of Work: Did a great job getting a spot out of carpet (window washers had tipped over plant and then rubbed the dirt in -- it was a mess). Also cleaned two white chairs (and treateed -- hard to believe it's a 5 year warrantee, but that's what he said!) and they look almost like new. Came same day I called, at time they had specified. When I called in the morning they accessed my records right away. Very organized. They're great.
