According to their website they transfer all types of vinyl recordings to CD's. I attempted to call 4 times while they were open to very they could transfer 33rpm records to CD. All calls went to voicemail with the only message being the hours they were open. I brought 3 old 33rpm records to the store to get transferred to CD. There was one person working and no one else in the store. There I was told they could not transfer the records because of potential copy write problems. I asked about the website statement about transferring all type of vinyl recordings. He stated many people have vinyl recording of themselves. If you can't make that plain on your website then answer the phone so potential customers can find that out before driving to the store.
