Family Sports Lettering were very reasonably priced. I'm very pleased with the work. They were professional, friendly and competent and they do good work.
Description of Work: Family Sports Lettering did some embroidery for me.

The owners were rude. They insisted on items (the type and style and color of t-shirts) that I did not want. They changed my design without even asking me. They charged me more than what was estimated in the end, for a cheaply made product.
Description of Work: Though they performed the actions required, they took their time, and made several errors. The store-owner is rude and inept, and appeared to treat his employees as if they were his slaves. This store is unclean, cluttered, making it uncomfortable to shop in (I couldn't find anything! The work that they perform is so-so, and good when you are in a bind and need something that you don't have time to order off of the internet. Pay the extra price for professional lettering and don't go to this rude family owned store where you are more likely to be cheated than treated. Never will I visit there again.

It went great! I took them and they were completed with in 24 hours. The embroider was perfect! I am very pleased with the work.
Description of Work: I took 2 professional scrub tops into the store to have my name & title embroider on them.
