We woke on Friday morning with no heat. Mr. De Jesus came to take a look to see what was going on. Within an hour we knew we needed a part. He ordered it while still at our house so he could tell me when it would be available. Monday was the day it would be available. He came on Monday to install the part and we had heat in less than an hour. The receipt had a detailed account of the service he provided. This work was efficient and the customer service was excellent. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
Description of Work: We had no heat. Mr. De Jesus from Energy 3000 came to check the furnace. He cleaned our furnace and checked the problem. We needed a module of some sort which had to be ordered. He returned on Monday installed the part, checked our heat, made recommendations for filters and a new thermostat, and was on his way. Our heat has worked great since then.
