Emmanuel Interiors

Called Emmanuel Flooring for an estimate to place hardwood floors throughout the first floor of our new house and pull up some old flooring. After making the appointment for a Saturday, He called a few days before and said he said he had another job and therefore had to reschedule. We had a few contractors coming so it wasnt a big deal. Once Saturday came around he was actually able to squeeze us in b/c the job ended early miracously. He stayed for probably close to an hour measuring and providing suggestions for the work. He seemed to be fairly informed and knowledgeable. He told us we would have an estimate by the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Eventually 9 whole days passed and still no estimate or notification. He knew we were on a tight schedule yet still nothing. Once we emailed him to inquire his direct email response verbatum was "Sorry I,ve bein so busy and yes your correct I don't have the time to install for you." We were apalled. What type of professional would write that? Hes completely unprofessional and has no respect for customers or their time based on my limited experience. If thats how we runs his business then I guess Im happy we didnt use him after all. Would have been easy to let us know earlier.

They were very reliable and came when they said they would come. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.
