+ -1 moreTHE OWNER IS ARROGANT. HE INITIALLY IMPRESSED US WITH HIS SUPPOSED KNOWLEDGE OF CLEVELAND CODE, THEN BECAME ANGRY AND ALOOF WHEN PROVEN INCORRECT.
Description of Work: CONTRACTED WITH THEM FOR GARAGE FOOTERS AND PAD. THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO PULL THE PERMIT AND THEN TRIED TO TACK $500.00 ONTO THE PRICE 2 WEEKS AFTER WE SIGNED.
