Elie's Plumbing

First, I want to say that Elie is more like a good friend than just our plumber. We have used him a lot and he is a highly gifted professional who always manages to work us into his regular scheduled work. This was unusual as he needed to make 3 trips to our house. The first time he identified the problem and ordered the part (very old shower). Before he left, he adjusted the valve so that we could continue to use the shower, although we couldn't change it. When it arrived, I called him and he came over to replace it. It was the wrong part. It was a complete inside package, but for some other shower. He had to re-order again. When it came, I could see that it was the cracked piece and I put it in myself. Tried it and it worked perfectly. I Called Elie and he stopped over to check that everything really was okay. It was. After all those trips and trouble, Elie didn't charge me anything. What a guy!!!

I called at 3:00, and he scheduled me in at 4:00 same day. He and his associate were quick, polite, and effective. I couldn't be happier that I didn't have standing water in the tub all night. This was my first time using Elie`s Plumbing, and I would definitely call him again.

Everything went very well. Punctual and professional. I will use him again.

I felt comfortable with him in the house. Scheduling an appointment is fine. I had to leave a voice mail but he got right back to me. He kept me posted on an accurate time he would be here. He is a little pricey but I really liked the job gets done right the first time.

First looked at problems and then fixed everything. Told us to call if we still had leaks.

Responded quickly to my request for work. Was very professional and informative. Did an excellent job of repairing the faucet. Will use him again in the future.

He was excellent and very knowledgable. He redirected many of the sprinklers and checked the water pressure.

I have plumbing from the 1920s and all the pipes in my bathroom were backing up to my toilet and causing the water to spill from the base of the toilet. Elie diagnosed the problem, but did not have the specialized equipment that will be needed to take apart some of the piping in the basement. Elie immediately gave me the name & number of a plumber who could help me and then he called that plumber, who also came over this same day. Elie was so incredibly helpful and fast-acting. I've used Elie before and I will use him again.

I called Elie's plumbing and described the situation. I was given a quota of $100, which I thought would be the bulk estimation. They showed up at the scheduled time and used the snake drain to unclog the drainage in about 5 minutes. It was good work, but what surprised me was that I still needed to pay the full $100. I should have done research other than calling help right away.

I spoke to Eli about a replacement water heater. He suggested a model, a price, a date and time. I agreed and the work was expertly completed.

Very personable , stayed approximately 30 minutes, came within two hours of the call, cost was extremely high for 30 minutes, did not put items back in the cabinet after removing them to snake the drain

We called him after realizing what we needed (and decided not to deal with getting and installing the part ourselves). He was able to come over quickly and get it done. We've called him over the years and he's always given us good, no-nonsense advice that may not even involve his doing the work. We appreciate that.

Used him once. Called again for something else, he didn't return my call called again and didn't return the call again.

Prompt service. Very reliable and very professional. Trustworthy and fair.

Went well. Wasn't bothered by my dogs. I am having shower-tub glazed next week. He will return to set in spout but we have a temporary fix until then. I will be calling when I put in the basement shower.

I was unable to use their service because they were unable to come until the next day. Mr Elie did recommend someone who was immediately available and I was very satisfied with the work performed.

I have used Elie three times and have found the service to be prompt and reliable. The first time Chandler came out to replace my leaking kitchen faucet. Prior to that, Elie had advised me on which type of faucet was needed so I could purchase and have ready the correct one when they came out. The installation wasn't easy given the location of the pipes and a stack that had to be temporarily removed to gain access. But Chandler did a great job. The second time I had a frozen water line that blocked all water to the house. Elie came out immediately, located the blocked line, and was able to thaw it and restore water. The third time involved another freeze which I was able to thaw myself but then noticed a leak around the meter. I called Elie and he came out promptly, He investigated and discovered that it was the water meter itself that was leaking. Being the property of the water department he could not fix it so he did not charge for the call. The meter was replaced by the water department later that day.

We had a hot water leak in our shower so bad we were having to turn the hot water tank off when we weren't showering. Elie came out the next day to fix it. He was great! We noticed afterward that the hot water faucet was still leaking a bit (and making the faucet very hot to the touch) and he came back within a week to make the adjustment at no charge.

Two of our toilets were loose and rocked. Also, one tended to leak- the bulb did not seat properly. One bathroom cold tap was dripping. We were able to make an appointment for the next day. Elie called before he came and was on time. He was able to fix everything rapidly and supplied all necessary fixtures (I had bought one that he could use.)

I am incredibly grateful (and feel very blessed) to be one of Elie's customers. He and his assistant came out quickly in response to our need for an emergency repair of leaking water pipes in the basement bathroom. They have been VERY busy due to the unusually cold weather which has caused so much devastation, yet they were able to squeeze us in--and in the evening, to boot! They were prepared with all the tools and supplies needed, so there was no wasted time. As always, Elie's Plumbing price was fair. Elie Elbaz is a real pro and gets my highest praise for his knowledge and skills, work ethics, and respect for the customer's needs. He is also a genuinely likable fellow!

Elie is a true gentleman. I had him do several jobs around my sister's house. He did a great job and was very pleasure to work with.

I gave him the code to get into my condo and got a call about an hour later that he had fixed everything. I wish there were clones of him. A wonderful man and fantastic and affordable plumber.
