Elie's Plumbing

Normally a broken toilet is a catastrophic event. But I'll always think of this one as a lucky break, because it brought Elie to us. We were first time customers but he arrived within hours of our call. He replaced a broken part quickly. He was warm and friendly, yet efficient and professional. I'm happy to say we'll never need to search for a plumber again.

I know that no one is perfect but it is hard finding people to do work.

Called Elie's after our usual plumber wasn't responding. Was very happy with the service and will happily use them again. I'm one of those annoying customers that has a lot of opinions and thinks they know the problem .... and they did a good job listening to me and offered a good, fairly priced service. Work was done quickly and we all went on our merry way. Forgot to mention Angie's list to them, but was happy with the price nonethless.

They did an excellent job, they arrived on time. The owner himself came out and I was very impressed. They are the best! Thank you so much! He does a superb job!

Fastest Wrench on Eastside, maybe even further! Called Elie this morning (5.15) about a faucet install in my kitchen, explained that I work from home and wouldn't be available for parts of the day (and gave him the times I would be available). He stopped in and knocked the work out with enough time left over for me to write this review. He's a very nice guy, very personable and professional. Even went so far as to fill out my warranty card for me. Will use him and his staff again for future plumbing needs if they arise.

As always with Elie it went great. I called him on Monday morning. He came Monday afternoon, broke into the wall and ceiling and figured out the problem and came back the next day and replaced the rusted drain pipes. He's always prompt and courteous, does excellent work at a good price. i couldn't believe those two Fs he got . Price very reasonable. attitude professional

Elie is very responsive and a pleasure to work with and always gives us excellent advice. The water heater installation and repairs were done promptly and he went the extra mile by replacing some aging copper pipe to make sure it wouldn't cause problems in the future. Great and affordable service!

There was a manufacturer defect with the faucet itself where the gasket didn't fit correctly. I've had the same problem before, so I know that is the case. This is the second faucet I've bought from the manufacturer. What I appreciated about Eli is that he only charged me $10.00 for taking it all apart and putting it back together again. This was not my first experience hiring Eli for plumbing jobs. I have literally spent hundreds of dollars with him. His prices are always fair, his work is top notch, he is very responsive and a pleasant pleasant person to work with. I highly recommend his services.

Elie returned my call the next day. we set up an appointment. He came to the house and spent a little over an hour fixing my two issues. I had plumbers in the past come out and snake the drain but Elie replaced a pipe and really was more thorough than what I had experienced in the past. As a result, I feel confident that this issue will be resolved once and for all. This peace of mind is really great. Although I hope I never have plumbing issues again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Elie and I would recommend him highly to anyone with household plumbing issues.

I hooked up the gas line myself according to the instructions that came with the oven. The instructions told me to use a 3/4" gas line and not to apply any teflon tape or pipe dope. I did EXACTLY as the instructions indicated, however I smelled a little gas when I opened the line. I am a little afraid of performing gas hook ups as the consequences of a mistake tend to be high. I called Elie early Wednesday morning and he arrived at my house about 30 minutes later. I've used hime before and he is always terrific. He takes the time to answer questions and if your interested, show you how to perform the work. Turns out, I SHOULD HAVE used pipe dope on one of the connections. Based on my experience with Elie I can't give him anything but the highest ratings. I will use him again and recommend anyone looking for a responsive, profesional plumber to use him. By the way, he was so responsive that it prompted me to write my very first review of any contractor on Angie's List.

This went exactly as planned/expected. They came and assessed the situation and took care of the job.

Elie has been my plumber for years. whenever i have a plumbing issue, i always give him a call. last sunday, i found the bathroom sink at my rental was clogged. i called Elie right away to see if he could come on monday to clear the clog. he said he was booked out for monday, but he would call me if he had time to do the job for me. monday was MLK holiday, and I did not need to work that day, so i really wanted to get this job done on monday. i waited and waited and finally he called to tell me a scheduled customer did not show up so that he could come to do my job. i was very glad he found time to come. the job was not just snaking the drain. he had to replace the trap under the sink and some joints since they were rusted and could not be used again. he also did a good job cleaning the mess under the sink. i am very happy about the outcome of the job. he also gave me a discount of $10 as a member of the angie's list, so the original cost would be $120.

Really nice guy! Came out to give an estimate the same day I called. Came back less than a week later and did exactly what we asked for, for exactly the price given.

Elie was very prompt to get back with me after speaking with him. I told him that I was having leaking issues with my main drain coming from the bathroom. After getting, a previous estimate from another contractor I was going off what he stated was the issue and telling Elie what he needed to do. Elie looked at me and said that the issue the previous contractor looked at was wrong. Elie then took me to the issue. I asked him twice was he sure this was going to work he replied yes! It felt like Elie was a family member helping me out. As Elie completed the work he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and flushed the toilet several times to show that he was right and we both laughed. He is more than just a plumber he is great man. He also advised me about other work that I had questions about. I would recommend Elie to anyone that needs plumbing services. Thanks again Elie.

I called Elie about installing a water line for a new fridge, as usual he promptly came over and ran the line with no issues. After he was finished, Elie went over everything and explained exactly why he installed things the way he did. As always, great service like this makes Elie my go-to plumber.

Elie accommodated our availability, was on time and very professional. He provided a quality product. Installation was quick. we plan on using Elie's services again and would definitely recommend him.

Elie is fair, does great work, and gets the job done quickly. I had a cast iron waste pipe in the basement of my nearly 100-year-old house that was rusty and leaking. He cut it out and replaced it and fixed the problem. I also had him install a gas line to my dryer. Extremely satisfied.

Elie arrived very cheerfully with an assistant and got to work right away. He was friendly and quick. The job was done in short order, and though i hope not to see him too often, as that would mean I have a plumbing problem, I will absolutely be a return customer as necessary.
