Great. Ellie is very responsive and does excellent work.

He was awesome. I was deployed. I had a leak at my house. My renter called me and said 'Hey, we've got a leak.' We found Elie and he came and fixed it and everybody was happy. It was an emergency call. I never met the guy. I never met him face-to-face, I was out of the country. He did good work. I did talk to him on the phone a couple of times, swapped a few emails. He was very good about communicating. He installed a toilet for me upstairs, as well. The toilet was awesome. It flushes everyday. My tenant didn't have any complaints. He was very professional. He responded to my questions and emails, just like he should have.

Elie is the best! He came on time, he did a great job and best of all, gave me a break on what was going to be a very expensive job. Best experience I have ever had with a plumber - I would recommend him hands down over anyone else! If quality work + price (aka value) are important to you, then look no further!

Elie was very helpful. He was patient as I contacted the insurance company. The job actually took him a lot longer than he anticipated because it was more complicated than previously thought as pipes were corroded, but he did not charge me extra and worked away until I was done right.

I called Elie in the morning and he was able to come out later that day to look at the work and provide an estimate. I agreed to the quote and he said he needed to go get the parts but could do the work right then. He completed the work in half the time most other companies said it would take and showed me everything he did and how to adjust the water pressure if I wanted to. He's friendly, professional and does quality work. Would definitely recommend him and will call him in the future for plumbing needs.

We called Elie in the mid-afternoon. He had a job to finish and would be right over. There by 4:30 same day. As with four other previous plumbers over the past two years, he had not seen a system quite like this. Nevertheless, he was able to skillfully remove the burned out sump pump, electrical wiring, and other other attachments that evening. It was adjacent to cream shag carpet. Not a drop of black sump pump water found our new carpet as he removed all of the old materials. He planned to come back the next day with the correct size replacement, but offered to return later this evening gratis if the water level rose (we were expecting storms again that evening) in order to put in temporary pump. Fortunately, all went as he had planned and despite the rain, we did not see a rise in the water table. He came back the next day and rapidly installed the new sump pump/ejector pump. He tested it and it has been working fine ever since without issue. (I am writing this two months after installation.) All waste was removed. Nothing left behind, not even a footprint! He did request payment at the completion of the project that day, which I was happy to provide. My general contractor who finished our basement two years prior had recommended a back up system. Elie priced that out for me at an additional $1200. He said that he would be happy to install it if I wanted it, but felt that it really would not benefit me and would be a waste of my money. (Yes, he turned down a chance to double his income!) Overall, I found him and his son to be timely, honest, hard working, diligent, clean, and a pleasure to talk to. We were quite thankful that this was completed before more severe storms came in the next two days. No water damage to out newly finished basement (2 years ago). (We had considered two other larger plumbing companies, based in the suburbs, but decided they likely would not be as familiar with the nuances of an older house. Elie owns a small business based in our Heights neighborhood. Please support him.)

Eli is wonderful. On both occasions, he was able to help that day. Price was reasonable, Eli is responsive and efficient. Additionally, Eli is one of the rare experts who will come in and resolve plumbing issues while treating someone who is less than handy with respect. I will use Eli for any future plumbing needs and recommend him with no reservations

We hired Elie a few years ago to install the faucet and drains for a new soapstone sink and countertop in our kitchen. That went well, although he did have to return to repair a small leak in the drain. We hired him again recently to install two toilets. The first, an American Standard, went smoothly and but the second, a Toto unit, developed leaks in the tank-to-bowl connection that took two more trips to resolve. This was certainly frustrating and disappointing but the problem was the Toto gasket, not Elie’s work. Elie is pleasant, patient, easy to work with, responsive to our calls and we plan to stick with him in the future.

Called at 7pm for urgent repairs needed by noon the next day in order to close on the sale of the house. Got a call back at 7:30pm and the job was done by 9:00 that same night. It was easy work but the prompt and friendly service was incredible, a real lifesaver. highly recemmended

This is actually the second time I've used Elie's Plumbing (Elie repaired a broken toilet for me last year), and the first time went well so I called them when my shower started leaking. They agreed to come out the next day to take a look. Although they ran a bit late, they called to let me know and see if I wanted to reschedule (I didn't), then called again to let me know when they were on their way. I appreciated that they came out quickly, tried to accommodate my schedule, and communicated with me. Elie and his son were polite, friendly, and professional. They were able to quickly make the repair with parts they had in their truck. Elie remembered that I was an Angie's List customer from last time, and gave me a $10 discount without me even having to ask. Based on my experiences with this company, I would definitely call them for any plumbing issues and recommend them to friends.

Elie called me back within a few hours of my call and told me that he could fit me in at the end of his day. I was pleased at his quick response. He also advised me on buying a new faucet. He arrived on time and quickly completed the task--it took about an hour. He also was happy to leave an invoice, so I didn't have to leave work, and he gave me the Angie List discount just because I told him that's how I found him. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to my friends.

I called Elie's Plumbing fully expecting to have to wait a couple of days for a non-emergency. The service person responded within hours (with only a two-hour window), called before he came ... and arrived when he said he would. He was pleasant, professional, resourceful (we own an older home), took care of the problem and did not leave a mess. The service provided was excellent and he is in my permanent "CALL THE PLUMBER!!!" file. The price was also more than reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this service to my friends.

We called Elie's in the evening after finding a leaking pipe from our tub/shower. Elie came the next morning exactly when he said he would and was able to do the work immediately. He fixed the leak and replaced the faucet/fixtures and some pipes. He was very efficient, professional, and pleasant. We will definitely contact him for other plumbing work if/when we need it.

.This was a very pleasant and successful project. Elie is very much a pleasure to do business with. I called him on Thursday and he did the work the next afternoon. His price was very reasonable. He is a very pleasant person. He is both knowledgeable and professional. At every step, he took the time to do the job right. He removed an old instant-hot and replaced it with a soap dispenser. He capped the old waterline that would no longer be of use. He installed the new faucets (in kitchen and bathroom). He worked at a good pace, but did not rush. He took the time to cut away a small piece of wood that was in the way. He showed me simple maintenance procedures on my new faucets (how to remove and clean the aerator). The end product looked GREAT. He cleaned up the work site. Elie would make a great choice for faucet, sink, and toilet repair and installation. I highly recommend this diligent and knowledgeable plumber!

Elie was awesome. Friendly, showed up in 40 min even though it was New Year's Day, quickly fixed my sink. Charged me $95, way better than the $300 the other placed I called was going to charge for New Year's Day service. Highly recommend, I will use him again!

Elie and his employee Doug did a great job. They would be at the house exactly when they said they would be there and they did exactly what they said they would do. Their work was excellent and they did not waste any time -- all business. I would highly recommend Elie for any plumbing needs you may have. He did a thorough analysis of the project and what he thought it would cost. Nothing went out of scope - he is so skilled, reliable and professional.. It was a pleasure having Elie manage our project , and I will definitely contact Elie to do the plumbing when we start to remodel the kitchen.

Elie came out to unclog a bathroom sink for me on a Sunday afternoon without charging extra due to the fact it was a weekend. I have used him twice before and thought he was great and this time was no different. I will use him again in the future!

Elie arrived in a timely manner, assessed the situation gave me an estimate and immediately began the replacement of the water valves. The service provided was excellent! Elie arrived on time, gave me a estimate that was much lower than three other well known pluming services and worked on the replacement immediately. I found Elie to be friendly, competent and easy to work with. He explained that he has been a plumber since 1986 and I am so glad that he treated me like someone that appreciated the business.

Elie's a nice guy - he called/confirmed when he'd arrive & was on time. Though he discounted the original estimate for the toilet replacement from $200 to $180 if I would dispose of the old toilet - he offered to take it away for the discounted price. :) I rated "Price" a B because I thought it would be less than $80 to replace the kitchen faucet since he was already here. I decided not to give a lower rating for Quality or Professionalism although when installing the kitchen faucet, he broke the bottom frame of that cabinet & simply pushed it into place again (without securing with anything). I'm not confrontational, so I just accepted his "fix". Thanks, too, Elie for the $10 Angie's List discount! :)

It went good and there is no longer a problem. He did a good job and when I compared him to someone else who wasn't even licensed to do plumbing this price was still cheaper and worked out great.

Easy to work with. The plumber arrived on time and did a nice job installing my new sink and faucet, and hooking up the existing food disposal. He recommended that I could save money by using PVC drain pipes instead of chrome, so I had him do so.

Eli completed the project on schedule and on budget. He was always on time and provided suggestions regarding our concerns.

We contacted Elie and needed some help fast - kitchen walls were open, ready for plumbing and the initial person who we had contacted did not finish the job, nor was it to code. Elie remediated the rough plumbing issues and patiently worked to make sure we could keep our remodel on track. When the appliances arrived, I had been without a washer/dryer (due to the remodel) for 6 weeks. Even though it was an extra trip, he came by to connect it so I could keep up with our children's summer camp washings! He is responsive and polite, and very knowledgeable. Hands down my go-to plumber!
