It went great. The owner answered his own phone, gave me an appt an hour out, showed up on time, did the work in 45 mins and overall was extremely efficient and pleasant. I love no-drama experiences with skilled professionals.

What a great find on Angie's List! I called Elie's Plumbing this morning and was able to get an appt. for today. The two gentlemen that came were very friendly and nice plus respectful of my home. He also offered advice on some other plumbing issues. The repairs went perfectly...my drip is gone and the toilet flushes. I'm excited that I now have a plumber I am happy with on this side of town. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Elie asked me to email him a photo of the faucet needing replacement. He then recommended some faucet replacement models, one of which I purchased at Home Depot. Chandler came out and replaced faucet, a difficult job due to the obstacles caused by other undersink pipes and a stack. Replacement was complete and professional. Also, replaced aging hoses on washing machine.

I looked on Angie's List to find a good Plumber. I found Elie's Plumbing with excellent reviews and comments about how good he was and how professional he was. I called Elie's and told him about the problem. He asked me for my contact information and the address of the house. He told me he would call me the next day and set up a time to stop by and look at the problem. I heard from Elie the next morning and he set a time to stop by. Elie arrived at the time we set up to check out the problem. He evaluated what the problems were and what needed to be done. He replaced the faulty pipe section and replaced the leaking pipe. He knew what needed to be done and did it in a very professional manner, explaining what he was going to do. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will use him anytime I need a plumber in the future and so pleased he was on Angie's List.

We used him in the past and he has excellent service. He came in timely and the price is good. His work is excellent.

Elie and his helper arrived on time with all of the parts and tools needed for the various jobs; did not have to run to the hardware store for a part. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Elie LISTENED TO US and reassured us about our concerns. Had a cracked toilet drain pipe on the 2nd floor and Elie did a fantastic job at a more than fair price. He was able to get this job scheduled and done in a very short period of time. I will definitely be using Elie in the future for any plumbing issues that come up.

Elie was a lifesaver. He came within several hours of our call and fixed our problem. We have used Elie in the past and will again!

We called him and he replied within the day saying he could be at our house by 4 or 5 that evening. He fixed the problem by snaking the k sink as far as he could out to the street. Tree roots seems to be a perennial problem. He did leave a lot of slug and messy areas all around the cabinets under the sink and on the floor. Not sure how much of thIs was something he should have cleaned up. he is very responsive to our calls for help.

I must say this was an urgent matter and Elie came out and correct the problem. He was very patient and very professional. I would call him anytime. I have added him as my plummer for all future problems. Great Sevice!!!

Elie arrived around 11:30am the same day I called him and repaired a leaking shower faucet ($110.) The second shower faucet was very old. Elie tried to find repair parts but due to the age of the faucet was unable to do so. He came a few days later to replace the faucet, which required more work then a repair would have. He replaced the faucet with the kind I wanted, although he did show me a model that would have been a bit less expensive ($495.) I also mentioned that the tub stop was not working and he made that repair and did not charge me for it. Elie is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

Called Eli at 8am and explained situation. He slotted me in for the same morning. Was here by 10, figured out the problem, explained it, and fixed it. Done within an hour. Top notch from start to finish.

Excellent plumber, Great repair guy. Fair, honest, great work and reasonably priced. Love Elie. I refer him constantly. He is always on time, his work is always clean, neat, he interacts well with customers, always does what he says he will do and I do not have to supervise him. I can not say a bad thing about him.

Elie responded to an early morning request for help to complete a kitchen sink installation when the original kitchen plumbing replacement became too big of a job for our family. Elie was willing to provide a free estimate on July 4th (Holiday) morning, and also was willing to complete the job that afternoon. The work was completed on time and as quoted and the total experience was professional, cost competitive and the final bill included an Angie's list member discount. We were able to still host a family event that evening! Thank you Elie and we will be recommending you to our friends and family!

We had an excellent experience with Elie's Plumbing. Elie was able to fit our job in the same day that we called and he finished it within an hour or so. He was courteous, professional and very reasonably priced. We'll definitely contact him first the next time we have a plumbing problem.

We had the parts, provided free from the faucet manufacturer. Couldn't get the pieces and parts to fit together. Called Ellie and he was out that afternoon. Put the faucet together and its been great ever since.

Terrible. I have used Elie many times in the past, and actually got his name from Angie's List in 2010. I've had him out on about five prior service calls, all with no problems. It has taken me about a month to finally get over my anger, disappointment, and frustration over this terrible experience that only now can I sit down and write my review. What started this call was pipe rattling in my upstairs. It occurred after toilets were flushed or faucets were opened / closed. Eli was called to find and fix this problem, as I did not want a pipe to move so much so as to cause more problems (i.e. explode). It took Eli about four trips to complete his work, but the problem was not solved. Initially, there was a though that my problem was due to air in the pipes. Eli figured that this was not the problem. He could not isolate it without opening some holes in my bedroom that the pipes were behind. I gave consent for this, and he opened some holes. I believe he added braces to the pipes, but the problem continued. There was a thought that the noise went away, but it was always there, a little more feint, though. After a week of the continued noise, I called Eli back. He returned and investigated some more. He eventually said he had done all he could, that the noise was akin to a "ghost" that he could not find. I had him come back twice more to try different fixes. As my conversations with him increased the tone toward me was increasingly dismissive. He would come back when no one was home (which was no problem, and by agreement), and then be gone after 10 - 20 minutes, I guess. He would have no contact with me after each call, and it was up to me to call him to see what he did. Towards the end I felt like a total bother. In the meantime, before the last time he came out, I paid another plumber to come out to determine the problem. The isolated it to the bath faucet, as when that cutoff was shutoff, the entire problem upstairs went away. But, they wanted $750 to replace that faucet. I called Eli again, and he was seemingly annoyed that I got another opinion. I had him return and told him to call me when he was there to determine the next course of action. My wife told him to call me too. But, he came and went and never called me. When I called him to inquire, he said there was no reason to contact me (even though there was a new bath faucet in the middle of the hallway that I was possibly going to have him install). The above headache ended when I told Eli to send me what he thought his work was worth. He sent a bill for $500. I'm still incensed over it, but just sent a check to him. Meanwhile, the holes cost me another couple hundred to fix (which would have not bothered me if the holes had been done to fix the problem). Bottom line...this was a fishing expedition that may not have needed to be done in the first place (if the bath faucet problem had been diagnosed and corrected through an access panel). I'm totally disappointed, and would never use Eli again. I would have been less annoyed had he been open with his communication and worked with me to get my problem fixed (in the last call he even said he didn't have time to change my bath faucet because he had other customers to get too - REALLY? he'd been to my house 4 - 5 times to address my problem, and did not seem to care that I WAS one of his customers too).

Came to our home immediately and returned for extra work after the job was completed. Elie has been our first call for plumbing for several years. We used him again this year and again he was responsive,reliable, and reasonable.

Everything went well. Elie evaluated the problems, fixed a few minor things, and made some recommendations for next steps.

Elie works on Sunday, which was great for us. He came in and unclogged a shower drain, then installed a new garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. He made recommendations of which disposal to buy.
