Description of Work: This is a gentleman in every sense of the word. He was prompt, courtious, friendly, efficient and very fair with pricing. My problems were fixed in less than an hour. He also advised me how to get a needed part at no cost and he will return to install. Another plumber had simply announced that the fauced had to be replaced at a huge cost. Elie even dealt gracefully with my overly friendly dog. I can not say enough positive things about my experience with this company.

I had taken 3 trips to home depot was told to buy the wrong thing so.... I broke down after 3 hours of trying and called Elie. He came over right away and brought over the correct parts for our shower. now it works beautifully.

Description of Work: I had a leak around the toilet in my guest bathroom. I had first noticed it about 3 weeks earlier when my sister was visiting. The large, nationally known plumbing company I contacted at that time sent a worker who was nice but who did only a cursory check and concluded the water source was condensation and nothing needed to be done. I have seen condensation on a toilet but never to the point that water dripped to the floor, left a puddle and soaked a bath rug. However for the rest of the visit, it did not occur so I assumed it was a fluke. When it happened again, I called Elie. He examined the toilet, determined that it was not filling consistantly and that the toilet fill valve needed to be replaced. He was prompt and quick, which was of the essence since I was expecting overnight guests for the weekend. We have not encountered a problem since.

Description of Work: Elie came to my mother's home the same day I called. He installed a new shower head. I have used him several times and he is always professional, courteous and willing to answer any question. I think his prices are fair and he does a very nice job. I would definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: We called to schedule an appointment to examine our garbage disposal, expecting to possibly replace it. Mr. Elbaz asked for details about what we had tried, and talked my husband through the process with some tips to be successful. He suggested we try it, and call back if we couldn't get it working. We did get it to work, and appreciated Mr. Elbaz' help, especially because he didn't know us. We will call him next time we need plumbing or related services.

Description of Work: I have been using Elie for the past two years for all plumbing work. He has replaced old lead pipes throughout the house and has repaired slow/clogged drains. Elie is responsive and caring -- he is the best!
