Mike came out and gave us an estimate the same day we asked for an estimate. He was on time for the installation there were no delays, and he did a fantastic job with no issues whatsoever

We needed to upgrade and replace our existing security cameras and recorder system and contacted multiple service providers, including ESS. ESS was extremely knowledgeable about different hardware/software providers and worked closely with us on multiple proposals, as we continued to uncover what our requirements were. The level of consulting and knowledge was very high and gave us a lot of confidence for a large project like this. The team was extremely detailed-oriented and professional for the install. They provided hands-on training for the system, followed up after the install, and we have been extremely happy with their work, the system and cameras they recommended and would highly recommend them to anyone.
