 + -1 moreThey missed the first cleaning date entirely & failed to call; when we reached them & rescheduled, they showed up late; next scheduled cleaning day they, again, didn't show up & didn't call. When they did come, they did a pretty good job but overall seem to be unorganized at the business level.

 + -1 moreThey do an okay job, but they didn't do the details like wiping switch plates, emptying trash, or removing cobwebs. Also, floors were not cleaned as well as expected. I'd hire them for a quick clean up before/after a party, but will continue looking for a routine cleaner.

 + -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT. THEY SHOWED UP, HOWEVER, AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER THAN THE TIME THEY SCHEDULED. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB CLEANING, SO THAT, IN SOME RESPECTS, MADE UP FOR THE TARDINESS.

 + -1 moreRAY AND HIS CO-WORKER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING MY HOUSE. NOT ONLY DID THEY DO A GREAT BASIC CLEAN BUT THEY REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. MY HOUSE HAD A TON OF DUST DUE TO A WALL BEING TAKEN OUT RECENTLY, THEY REALLY GOT IT BACK IN SHAPE. THEY ALSO PAID ATTENTION TO THE ITEMS I TOLD THEM TO CONCENTRATE ON LIKE CLEANING THE FLOORBOARDS AND VACUUMING THE WINDOWSILLS. I'LL BE HIRING THEM AGAIN!
