I would highly, highly recommend them. My insurance company wanted me to use another service which did not want to come out right away due to the Labor Day holiday. It was unprofessional to make a house wait another weekend to further damages. When I called Duraclean, they came out right away. They were so thorough, so clean, and so punctual. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. They cleaned the mess and repaired the damages. They helped put our basement back together again. I would absolutely, in a heartbeat, use them again in the future if ever needed.
Description of Work: The last time I used Duraclean Kent's Craftsman was for a complete restoration of the basement after our hot water heater burst.
