Quality of work was excellent. Price was higher but quality of product made up for that. Also, company's credentials were top notch.

He saved us time and money by just giving us basic instructions on how to oil the lock and we have had no problems since.. He was very pleasant to deal with. I will call him again if I would ever need to.

We scheduled almost a week in advance. Arrived right on time and was very professional and helpful. Very pleased with the work.

Bob was very courteous and helpful. He offered honest and reasonable suggestions. When another lock was found that needed re-keying he took care of it. This brought the total cost a little higher than the original estimate. Overall, he was prompt, professional and moved quickly.

Mr Duman arrived promptly. He quickly changed the locks and cylinders. He gave advice for home security when asked. I felt safe having an ex-policeman change my locks and give advice.

Bob called me first thing in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly there after and got right to work. There was an issue with the door shutting properly which he fixed prior to installing the lock. The door was drilled to accommodate the large deadbolt and the frame was re-drilled to allow smooth locking. Bob requested a vacuum and a bucket to clean up the shavings and extra materials that were a result of the drilling. Bob was extremely courteous and very kind to my chatty 6 year old daughter who had to know what he was doing the entire time. It took Bob roughly 45 minutes to complete and we are thrilled with the lock and the work. We now feel so much more secure with our new deadbolt. Thanks Bob for a job exceptionally well done! We would recommend you to anyone.

Needed to have two locks changed in a hurry, I called and spoke with Marilyn mid-morning and she had someone at the house by lunch time. Ross Duman made sure he understood what I needed and then he changed two locks over and handed me keys for everyone in the household. He also made a quick repair to another door that wasn't "catching", without charging extra! Ross was very professional and fast. Great service, if I ever need a locksmith in the future, I will definitely call these folks. A plus in my book!

Very well, Bob came out that afternoon. He fixed the latch and then reset the pins in the lockset to allow key to work.

George came out to install new bolts for us. When he didn't have in stock the antique bronze color I wanted to use, he recommended that I save myself some money and purchase them at Home Depot instead of having him order them, and then call him to install them. I did that. He only charged for one trip charge, instead of two. He was punctual and polite.

Bob was real nice and very knowledgeable about his work. I thought the price was reasonable and he came on short notice.

They were just excellent! The man came out extra to look at my door and evaluate other problems and did not charge me. He came back later in the day to bring me extra keys, and he is just a good worker.

ONE OF THE LOCKS WAS BROKEN, AND HE CAME RIGHT AWAY AND STARTED WORKING WITHOUT STALLING. HE SHOWED UP AT 9:00 ON THE DOT WHICH IS WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.

THE JOB WAS DONE AND EVERYTHING WENT WELL UNTIL I WAS LOCKED OUT OF THE INSIDE DOOR. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR RETURNING AND REPLACING THE LOCK.

VERY PLEASURABLE! I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE WHO EXPLAINED HOW I COULD REMOVE THE LOCK FROM THE CABINET SO I WOULDN'T NEED TO BRING THE WHOLE CABINET IN. THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT IT MIGHT TAKE A WEEK OR SO TO DO THE JOB. I DROPPED OFF MY LOCK AROUND 11 A.M., AND THEY CALLED BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS READY. THEY ALSO GAVE ME DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIND THEIR OFFICE. VERY NICE GROUP OF PEOPLE.

THE DUMAN'D ARE WONDERFUL. THE LOCK'S HAVE NEVER WORK SO GOOD. HE EVEN CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY.

THE LOCKSMITH WAS PROMPT AND DID THE WORK IN A VERY SHORT TIME. HE CHARGED ME JUST FOR A SERVICE CALL SINCE THE LOCK WAS EASY TO CUT.

ARRIVED AT SCHEDULED TIME, BROUGHT THE RIGHT HARDWARE AND TOOLS, KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS. NO CHARGE FOR 4 KEYS.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, AND VERY HELPFUL. SHOWED US THAT THE DEADBOLTS CURRENTLY ON OUR DOORS COULD EASILY BE OPENED, AND FIXED THAT FOR US. REKEYED 5 LOCKS AND ADDED A DEADBOLT, ALL TO BE USED WITH 1 KEY.
