+ -1 moreKEVIN IS SUCH A NICE PERSON- HE SITS WITH YOU & EXPLAINS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING WITH YOUR COMPUTER. YOU CAN ASK HIM A MILLION QUESTIONS & HE IS POLITE & FRIENDLY THE ENTIRE TIME. I WAS AMAZED AT THE DEPTH OF HIS COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE. HE REALLY SEEMS TO KNOW EVERYTHING- SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, OPERATING SYSTEMS, PERIPHERALS, YOU NAME IT! I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN. IN FACT, I AM PLANNING ON HAVING HIM INSTALL A WIRELESS INTERNET SYSTEM FOR ME IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.
Description of Work: KEVIN DONDREA CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO HELP ME WITH A HUGE COMPUTER PROBLEM. MY COMPUTER HAD BEEN INFECTED WITH A VIRUS THAT COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN MY OPERATING SYSTEM. KEVIN CAME OVER & FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. HE RELOADED MY ENTIRE COMPUTER, PARTITIONED MY HARD DRIVE, & INSTALLED A FIREWALL & ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM AGAIN. KEVIN WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET AN EPSON PRINTER/SCANNER/COPIER TO WORK WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD!
