WE'VE CALLED ON MANY OCCASIONS, THE YARD IS A MESS, STILL COVERED WITH LEAVES FROM LAST SEASON, AND I WANT THEM TO FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATION TO ME.
Description of Work: HIRED FOR LAWN WORK THROUGH OCTOBER & NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR, THEY DID WORK THROUGH SEPTEMBER, BUT DID NO LEAF CLEAN UP THAT WE CONTRACTED FOR.

We were repeatedly paid late, as per our original agreement, sometimes two months. We have no problem with cleaning up and will apply $100 lawn maintenance to cleanup bill. The member called and I returned her call to her voice mail. This was during the winter. They paid for aerification and lawn maintenance, aerification done. Month of October not cut. We charge for cleanup of leaves by the hour, so they had never paid for this. Marc Weinberger

IN MAY EVERYTHING WAS FINE, HOWEVER, IN JUNE EVERYTHING WENT BAD. HE DOES NOT RETURN ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS REQUESTING HIM TO FINISH THE WORK. PRICE GIVEN IS PER MOW INCLUDING TRIMMING AND EDGING WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY MOW MY GRASS, TRIM IT, AND EDGE IT. THEY HAVE CUT OUT AN AREA FOR A DRIVEWAY, HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT REPLANT THE PLANTS THEY REMOVED OR RETURN FOR REQUESTED WORK.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT FOR 2 OR MORE INCHES OF SNOW, BUT THEY RARELY DO AS FAR AS WE CAN TELL. IT SEEMS THERE HAS TO HAVE BEEN A PRETTY BAD SNOWSTORM FOR THEM TO SHOW UP, AND THEN IT'S EITHER THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY OR LATE IN THE EVENING (AFTER WE'VE ALREADY LEFT FOR OR RETURNED HOME FROM WORK). ALSO, THE QUALITY OF THE PLOWING HAS BEEN SPOTTY.

HE CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, I SIGNED A CONTRACT AND PAID HALF OF THE MONEY IN ADVANCE. FROM BEGINNING TO END HE PLOWED THE DRIVEWAY, BUT HE DIDN'T DO THE OTHER THINGS THAT HE WROTE ON THE CONTRACT, SUCH AS CLEARING THE SNOW FROM THE WALK TO DOOR AND THE CITY SIDEWALK. I PAID FOR IT IN TWO PAYMENTS, ONE AT THE BEGINNING, AND THE OTHER HALF IN JANUARY, 2004. THE TIMES HE DID CLEAR THE DRIVEWAY, HE'S NEVER DONE THE WALKS. I'VE CALLED 4 TIMES AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. I ALSO WROTE A LETTER TO THEM. THEY DID NOT CLEAR THE SNOW LIKE THE CONTRACT READS!

I left this member a message to call me on my cell phone, but I haven't received a return call. It plainly states in the contract that late snows may not be done on time. She has not called everytime, as we have been out more than twenty times. Also, late snows are not done by timeframe and snows under two inches. Per the contract, late snows cannot be done on specified times.

AS MOST LANDSCAPE COMPANIES ARE BUSY, WITH FALL CLEAN UP, THIS ONE SHOWED UP EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. HE WANTED TO GET AS MANY JOBS DONE BEFORE WINTER AS POSSIBLE.

THIS WAS LATE IN THE SEASON & IT WAS HARD TO FIND ANYONE ACCEPTING NEW CUSTOMERS. ALTHOUGH THEIR CONTRACT FEE WAS $40 MORE THAN I PAID LAST YEAR, IT WAS CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN SOME OF THE OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED WHICH WERE AS HIGH AS $275.
