Everything went very well.

It went well. David came out to quote the work within a day and started within the week. He was confident and knew what he was doing.

They were fairly priced. I appreciated the quality of work and instead of just placing the lights anywhere they talked to me about the old wiring that I had and the amount of work that needed to be done. The price remained competitive to the amount of work that needed to be done. They worked late into the evening and the job was done in 24 hours.

Dave evaluated the job, gave me an estimate, and a start date and time. He arrived promptly as scheduled. He and Sam completed the job in a professional manner, cleaned up completely and removed the trash from the property. This is at least the second time Dave has done work in our home, and we are completely satisfied. I agree with others that I would not sacrifice his knowledge and professionalism for a lower price.

Dave Neuman is a consummate professional. I was impressed by every bit of my dealing with him, from the initial contact, through the estimating process, and through the actual installation and final inspection. He made recommendations that were appropriate to my needs, anticipated what I WANTED as opposed to what I was asking for (but clarified it with me before proceeding), worked with me to keep the overall project cost reasonable, and accomplished the job in a timely, workmanlike fashion that is representative of best-of-breed. I entrusted him with a key to my residence so that he could do the job and come and go as needed for inspection purposes without my being there, and he never let me down. He states himself that he's not the cheapest, but if you're looking for cheap, you'll undoubtedly be sacrificing quality. I will likely retain Dave's services for future jobs, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, professional electrician.

Now that I have used Dave's Electrical, I would never use another electrical contractor. His depth of knowledge and ability to work through the unexpected is very impressive. I received several estimates and after seeing Dave's, I realized that the one from Hilliard Electric was superficial and inaccurate. Dave returned every phone call promptly, showed up exactly when he said he would, never late. Very professional and personable. The quality was first-rate as well.

I found Dave on the list, and I went to his website. I filled out the contact info he conveniently placed on his website. He emailed me promptly and even followed that up with a phone call. No fault of Dave's, however, I went with another electrician. Nonetheless, if I ever need electrical assistance in the future, I would not hesitate to give Dave a call.

I started having intermittent power problems with my refrigerator and stove. Dave's Electric suggested that I contact the Illuminating Company to check power coming to the meter. The Illuminating Co. came out and replaced the caps at the outside meter. Then Dave's Electric came out and checked my panel inside the house.

Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent follow-through on pending questions.

I called late one evening and Dave answered the phone. He was very hospitable, and waited for me to go to the basement to find answers to his questions. He scheduled an arrival time the next day and when he was going to be late, he called to let me know. He arrived within the estimated time and completed the work quickly. He explained everything he did and showed me the defective parts.

Everything was fine! He couldn't be nicer or more courteous and he was right on time. The price was great too! He is the best of all that Angie's List recommends!

It went well. We had moved out of town so he agreed to work with another contractor with access to the house.

Sam & Dave Neuman did very good work. They were very knowledgeable, and I learned several things about the electrical code requirements from them. They provided a well written contract and were honest and up-front about the price. I would hire them again.

Dave returned my phone call the same day. He gave me an estimate, over the phone, and asked me to call him once I had bought the light for outside. When I called him on Friday, it was after 6:00 p.m, so I left a message. Dave returned the call on Sunday morning as I was getting ready for church. He said he would call me later. When I returned from church later that afternoon, I called Dave and left a message. He returned the call promptly and said that he could come over and do the work that day. I was surprised that he would be willing to perform work on a Sunday afternoon! When I met him at the door, he was very professional, he introduced himself, and shook my hand. He went right to work. He was very efficient and I am very pleased with his work. I will definitely keep his card for future electrical work.

I had him out for an estimate on electrical work. Strange experience. What I wanted was pretty straight forward (and within any electrical code) but he seemed to determined to want to tell me what I wanted. His estimates were very high. I ended up with another "A" rated company that did the job as requested for less than 1/2 the price.

Very puctual, very polite, cleaned up after himself. Very capable of dealing with older houses like ours.

First, every timeline and every promise that was made by Dave was fulfilled. Dave scheduled a meeting at Home Depot to show us the best fixtures to purchase and made an appointment to begin the work that same evening. He was at both appointments promptly. He had to finish the work the next morning and brought his son to assist him at 8:00 am the next morning as promised. They did an excellent job, and we would be proud to recommend Dave's Electric in the future.

Dave was prompt and professional. He quickly found the problem and fixed it.

Mr. Newman, and his son, Sam, are highly qualified and meticulous electricians. Since 1988, I have trusted my electrical work to this company in 3 houses I've owned. I feel safe with them in my home, I trust their opinion, and I am very satisfied with the excellent quality of work they provide. The pricing is fair, they arrive when expected, have worked around my schedule, and clean-up afterwards.

Dave Neuman responded the same day to my email requesting service to hook-up an attic exhaust fan. However after that many days passed (several times) between hearing back from him. I waited one week after his initial reply to make an appointment, so I then emailed again. Dave did call the evening after my 2nd email, and said he could send his son to do the job the next day (a Friday). However I would not be home the next day, so Dave said he would call early the next week to make a new appointment. 18 days have now passed without hearing from him. I got tired of waiting and found someone else to do the job. Dave also had quoted a price of over $200, whereas I eventually paid only $75 to do the job. Though to be fair, Dave never actually came over to see what needed to be done, so perhaps he overestimated what needed to be done without actually looking at it in person.

VERY FAST AND RELIABLE SERVICE. ESTIMATE WAS PROVIDED ON FRIDAY AND WORK WAS COMPLETED ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

ELECTRICAL UPGRADE. INSTALLED S-TYPE FUSES IN FUSE BOX AND A GFCI OUTLET, PER CODE VIOLATIONS. COST WAS VERY REASONABLE AND HE WORKED EVENINGS.
